Used TravelTime last July. As having some underline heath issues, found TTI very helpful, quick in getting quote and at a reasonable cost. Used them again for this years up and coming holiday. I have always used Travel Time Insurance for Holiday Insurance and have always found it competitively priced. Although I can comment on their claim process as thankfully we have never had to claim.

I have a pre existing medical condition and it was very easy to get a reasonable quote for holiday insurance. Received documents and advice on what to do in case of emergency or making a claim along with useful telephone numbers. I like that you receive regular emails, feels more personable.

Had this travel insurance now for 3/4 years had no trouble at all even had to make a claim about 2 years ago when my wife fell in lanzarote and had all the help i needed after a phone call while my wife was in hospital getting scans and they even spoke to the receptionist at the hospital in spanish so everyone understood what was happening only had to pay £99 excess at hospital and insurance sorted all the rest just what we needed while abroad so will always use this excellent firm and always recommend to other people after our bad experience on holiday and how smoothly and quickly travel time sorted the insurance
