Used this travel insurance a few times. Their service and prices are great. Willing definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

This is a great travel insurance company.
It is very straightforward to get a quote,tailored to your own requirements.
Had to make a claim on it and this was settled quickly.

I used TravelTime insurance last year (2023) having found them through Confused.com. Imagine how surprised I was to find they were based in my home city. Fortunately I did not need to make a claim so cant comment on that side of things.
Phoning their customer services I got to speak with a real person in 1 minute 30 seconds, which I thought was good.
We have found TravelTime to be very competitively priced and have bought our holiday insurance through them again this year. We recommended TravelTime to relatives who are holidaying with us this year and they have purchased a policy as well.
