I cancelled my booking as they took twice the amount of money they should off …they did agree in an email and when I spoke to them that they would give me a full refund in 3weeks chased them again as no money in my bank account. They said another week … still no money in my account …
Have tried calling and sending emails but they will not respond to me . It is now 11 weeks and still no money
Do not believe anything they tell you as they are just after your money… keep well away from them

The main thing for me was being able to talk to a person on the phone when I was having trouble booking with the British Airways website. I found the number by googling "Phone number for British Airways" so was a bit disconcerted when I found I was talking with a travel agent. however it was great to speak with Sofia in person and to be given a number to call her back on direct which she always answered herself.

This is an India based company, designed to scam their costumers by selling tickets twice the price of the Airlines.
They impose as airline costumer service.
They do not follow UK law.
No cancelation policy
They are rude towards the customers.
