Parcel not delivered inspite of Advance Payment
Mr. shahid from your company did not deliver parcel. Although we showed him the payment reciept and he confirmed the all dues were cleared. Still he refused to deliver the parcel that we had already paid for. Worst corrier company of Pakistan. Very bad experiece. Dont use this useless company.

Honestly, Trax Courier is one of the most frustrating delivery services I’ve ever dealt with. The package took forever to arrive, and their tracking system felt completely useless because the status barely updated. Customer service was even worse—trying to get a straight answer from them felt like talking to a wall. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and every time I contacted them I got a different excuse.
On top of that, the delivery was delayed for days with no proper explanation. If reliability and professionalism matter to you, this company seriously misses the mark. There are plenty of courier services out there, and based on my experience, Trax definitely isn’t one I’d recommend.
Extremely Unprofessional and Irresponsible Service
My debit card delivery was assigned to Trax.pk, and the entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. I have filed multiple complaints, yet all I received were generic responses with no real action taken.
There is a complete lack of accountability, no proper tracking transparency, and no serious effort to resolve customer issues. Important financial documents like debit cards should be handled with responsibility, but this company has shown negligence and carelessness at every step.
Because of their continuous delays and failure to act, my card is now close to expiration. This is not just poor service — it reflects a serious failure in basic operational standards.
I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with any important delivery. Immediate improvements in professionalism and complaint handling are urgently needed.

Unresolved Issue and Lack of Accountability
I experienced a serious issue with Trax where 4 COD parcels from my account were misplaced. Despite repeated follow-ups with customer support, I have not received a clear explanation or resolution. This has resulted in financial loss and operational difficulty for my business.
Courier services are expected to handle shipments responsibly and provide timely support when issues arise. I hope Trax management takes this matter seriously and resolves such cases promptly, otherwise customers may be forced to seek formal or legal remedies to protect their rights.

Worst customer service ever
Id give a 0 star if I could. They have the worst customer service ever, they delay deliveries, they don't pick up calls or respond to emails. This has happened every single time. The call just plays music for minutes and then cuts off, horrible and unclear ai responses in chat. How hard is it to deliver a package that is IN YOUR CITY. Their stupid ai keeps saying will be delivered shortly, then it says tomorrow, then the next day and so on. AVOID THESE PEOPLE at all costs. Worst courier service as of now. What a shame
Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. Calls are not being answered and emails get no response. Delivery is extremely slow. My parcel was booked on 18 December 2025 and even on 20 December 2025 it is still showing “In Transit”. Not reliable at all.

LATE DELIVERY
A package meant to be received in 3-4 business days has taken more than a week and these people say yep the driver just has to be assigned and it will be done. 3 days to assign a driver???
Very pathetic service
Very pathetic service , they don't deserve even 1 star , the tracking is not accurate, and the complaint cell is not working well as they repeat the same dialogues daily that u will soon receive ur parcel , they even don't reply tu email and when i told them that where is my parcel i want to collect it then they told me wrong addresses repeatedly with out sharing their fone numbers and keep my parcel on hold for so many days , inshort its totally wasted my time and money.....
Horrible experience
I had an absolutely horrible experience with trax. I was supposed to have my package in two days and now it's been over a week. No clear communication. The tracking is completely innacurate. They never answered my call. The tracking showed it was out for delivery like three times. Then they called me and told me how my package is in another city and if I can come pick it up?! How is it this hard to deliver within a city? I've never had such an experience with a courier company. Avoid it.

Rider threatened to rape me
Rider threatened to come to my house and rape me after yelling at me about having too many parcels and being too busy when I asked him when he would deliver my parcel. Tried to email to complain and the email bounced. No clear address or phone number for the local office to complain to.

Extremely disappointed with Trax Courier. My parcel has been delayed for several days, and every time I try to get an update, I only receive false promises.
Instead of providing clear communication or timely delivery, they make excuses like weather or rain and keep pushing the delivery to “tomorrow.” This is completely unprofessional and shows no sense of responsibility toward customers.
Their tracking system is useless, and customer support never responds properly. A courier service’s job is to deliver on time, not to blame conditions every time.
This kind of service is pathetic and unreliable. I’ll make sure to avoid Trax in the future and warn others not to use it if they want their parcels delivered safely and on time.
