Aaron Lee from CLA Energy Services was incredibly helpful when trying to deal with queries that we had with Smartest Energy and the smart meters that we had issues with. Aaron was very organised, efficient and did what he said he would do, resulting in an acceptable outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron if you need someone to liaise with an energy company on your behalf.

We have been working closely with Sarah DK from Troo and her customer service is impeccable. Sarah has been dealing with our energy renewals and I cannot praise her enough not only has she been saving the company money but she is also very knowledgeable about the industry so we know we are in safe hands.
