A job well done
Our solar panels required cleaning and we used G.B Cleaning of Dereham and the work was undertaken very efficiently. Every care was taken with our garden and the firm brought their own supply of water which would not damage the solar panels. A thorough job untaken by a very helpful engineer. I would use the firm again with our solar panels, guttering, windows and all cleaning works. Also a very good back up at their office. I could talk to someone not an AI person. Invoice as agreed no extras!

I found the website very user friendly
I found the website very user friendly. Finding a roofer was straightforward and clear. The work was carried out quickly and I was happy with the job. TrustaTrader were also very thorough with their request for a review of a tiler who did excellent previous work for me. I also rang them to verify their request and they were very professional and helpful. I would be happy to use them again.

They need to add trader's location to the listings
Good thing: a lot of relevant listings with reviews
Bad thing: The site doesn't tell you where the traders are located, only that they "service your postcode". You can waste a lot of time contacting traders who turn out to be located 100 miles away and only come into your area once a month. Sometimes I give up and just search on Google Maps. They need to fix that.

Our search function lets you enter the type of trader you are looking for, along with your postcode, town, or city. The search results will then display members who specialise in the relevant trade and are nearest to the region you have selected.
To help consumers find suitable professionals more easily, we limit the number of members listed for each trade in a given region, resulting in a higher-quality selection of traders.
Each trader's advertisement also shows the areas they cover or the mileage radius within which they operate.
We can also see that you found a trader through our service and subsequently left them a 5-star review.
