I spent an hour doing a review because I was promised a gift card, and they rejected it for no reason. Ironically this business is called "TrustRadius" - I know not to trust it now. Very frustrating.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! Do not trust this company! They offer users gift cards or rewards for reviews- and then do not provide these rewards. I would not be surprised if they filter reviews, I would not use this site for information or any thing that you need someone to "TRUST".
Don't trust
I wrote a good and long, a legit review of a software that I have been using for 4+ years, attached a screenshot as well as a proof, they did not even publish it, and they asked for invoice and some purchase order for no reason. Don't waste your time for this website.
Seems they are a scam
Seems they are a scam. Although I can access my TrustRadius account since connected with LinkedIn, my primary email changed. Requested their support team more than 7 days ago but no reply. This platform is meant to review other software but problematic itself with basic features not implemented.
Dishonest and a scam
Dishonest and a scam. They are only interested in positive reviews. Much like the JD Power award scam dealerships use. Was offered $25 for reviewing Gusto (My payroll app). I did a thorough and honest review that took quite some time. When the review was submitted there was no mention of the $25. I received an email later that week stating my review didn’t qualify for it. A review is based on a real experience and opinion of a consumer and the fact they can deny a review proves they are hired to keep the truth hidden.
Objective review rejected
Objective review rejected. Suspect this is a made up site in support of businesses which they are possibly propping up in return for cash
Reviews rejected, not worth the time
I was invited via my work email to write TrustRadius reviews in return for $25 Amazon gift vouchers, and decided I'd be happy to give it a go because I'd used several pieces of software they wanted reviews for. Each review took about an hour to write, but it seemed a decent deal. A few of my reviews were successfully published, and I received the promised vouchers.
However, more recently, several of my reviews were rejected for spurious reasons. One was rejected for no reason at all, and I had to challenge it to get them to publish it. Another one was rejected because they thought I'd used AI to write it (I hadn't), and an appeal didn't work. Another one was rejected because one of the questions I answered right at the end (I think about how recently I'd used the software) apparently disqualified me - surely if this is such an important criterion, you should ask the question right at the start so that people don't waste time writing out the entire review only to be told that they're illegible?
Overall, while I had some decent experiences with TrustRadius, it got to the stage where I was putting in hours writing reviews but not being given the promised reward, and so I deleted my account. I appreciate the importance of TrustRadius protecting the quality and integrity of their reviews, but there are several measures they could implement to do this without wasting the time of the reviewers.
Was offered an incentive for a review…
Was offered an incentive for a review for Dropbox, wrote a detailed account into the fields provided but they rejected it and told me my review didn't qualify for the incentive. They accused me of using AI to write it when I did not. Avoid this site they will not pay out a gift card for any review you give them and will make up any excuse not to pay you.
Avoid at all costs.
They ask you to review a product, reject the review to avoid paying out rewards, then publish it word for word regardless. Don't waste your time.
Fake sites with poor review auditors/processors
I used my LinkedIn to log in, provided all details, and reviewed. Sadly, they behaved in a racist manner, rejecting my review, claiming it's subpar. However, top review sites like G2 and Capterra approve my reviews with proof of software use. Don't be deceived by their tactics. Writing and reading reviews on their site is a waste of time.
Great site for real and authentic reviews.
Great site for real and authentic reviews. I got my insights when I wanted to make a software purchase decision.
Biased
Biased. They only publish reviews that are sponsored by the company itself
Trustradius
Trustradius - requires you to register to leave a review and they will only accept what they define as a "work email" in other words Gmail, Yahoo, and other such email accounts are not acceptable. This leads me to believe that they are not a legit organization.
They get paid to protect bad companies…
They get paid to protect bad companies from honest reviews. If your review is negative they will bury it. When you protest they will make excuses, briefly feign that they are "looking into it", hope that you will forget to follow up, then eventually just flatly refuse to publish your legitimate review.
I'm sure there is lots of corporate money in this, but it's despicable.
This company is a total fraud
Terrible company
Terrible company, its a SCAM! don't give them your information. Don't do business with them, don't waste your time and be in danger of your information get stolen!
They discard randomly the reviews
They discard randomly the reviews. Not GDPR compliant. No option to delete acount. No response from them.
Don't waste your time taking survey. No gift card!
I spent half an hour writing a positive review for the payroll company they were surveying. I really do like my payroll company! I was offered and denied the gift card because, "review doesn't meet our standards for publication."
Whatever that means.
I trusted their word and they blew it. There is no Trust at Trustradius. I will never use them for my business.
Save yourself and don't waste your time.
TrustRadius is a SCAM. They Reject All Negative Reviews From Being Posted to Their Paid Vendor Profiles
I spent 30 minutes writing a detailed review for a software provider that I had a poor customer service experience with detailing all of the issues. The review was professional and not inflammatory. I heard back several days later from "Megan Headley" the "VP of Research" with an email saying my review doesn't meet their "standards for publication". She provided no guidance, or insight on how to "bring it into compliance". After reading other reviews of "TrustRadius" here on "TrustPilot", I've realized that "TrustRadius" is in fact a scam website where they only use positive reviews of software, so as to build vendor profiles and kiss their butts to get these vendors to subscribe to the "TrustRadius" service. Once a vendor pays for the "TrustRadius" service, Megan Headley is the gatekeeper who keeps the impartial negative reviews away from the website, thus giving readers of the page a deceptive and inflated view of the software, lacking any legitimate criticism. What a total scam they are running.
Work email required to give a review
Work email was required to write a review about a company. I'm retired. I have a personal email and that's all. That is discriminatory and unacceptable
TrustRadius: Shill reviews for paid vendors
As indicated by another reviewer this is a shill review site (TrustRadius), actually trying to confuse the public using a similar name the site we are on now (TrustPilot). They rarely if ever post honest reviews if their vendors have negative behavior.
TrustRadius makes money by: helping vendors source reviews
