I am just giving you a heads up for this new SYSTEM trying to collect data from companies with some promises of benefits and I strongly believe the purpose is just to collect data for whatever reason by setting up 30 minutes video call via your personal PC or Phone while same procedure has been done by much accredited institutions on a very simple level with not so much collecting of sensitive information.

Here is a fact: There are prominent credit card companies known & TRUSTED WORLDWIDE stablished for centuries providing same and better benefits on an uncomplicated process and they will never ask you any sensitive information nor will require a video calling and meeting for 30 minutes so they can run their software in background on your company PC or laptop.

Just take a minute and think and asses the entire process before letting someone in for NOTHING.

This company has been heavily promoting its business credit card in the UK with the following offer:

“Corporate tax season around the corner? Join Jeeves! The corporate card that rewards you 3% cashback on all tax payments made directly to HMRC until the 31st January 2022.”

If you click on the ad to visit the website there is almost no information about the terms of this offer. In fact, there are no Terms & Conditions displayed on the site at all. A legal requirement.

HMRC charge a 1.98% fee on all payments made via a Mastercard Corporate Credit Card. If you accept this offer, you will be paying a 1.98% surcharge to get 3% cashback at some undisclosed date in the future.

Section 5.8 of Jeeves' ‘Program Agreement’ states as follows, “The parties agree to resolve all disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement as provided in this Section 5.8. Any arbitration or other legal proceeding under this Agreement will only be on an individual basis. Neither party may form with other arbitrators or parties to form a Consolidated Action. Each party waives its rights participate in a Consolidated Action against the other party.”

In plain English, this clause prevents any party from joining a group action legal claim against Jeeves in the event of a valid dispute or loss.

This clause would make it impossible for Jeeves’ customers to join a “no win, no fee” group action claim in the event of Jeeves breaching its contract or mispresenting an offer.

For all of the reasons above, I advise caution in any dealings with this company. Jeeves lack of transparency should serve as a major red flag.

We were one of the early customers of Jeeves and have been pleased with their product. Compared to other corporate cards, Jeeves provides much higher credit limits, a more streamlined online and mobile app experience, as well as the ability to easily make virtual cards and issue them to employees to manage spending. In the beginning there were a lot of kinks, but they've worked through many of the challenges and it's a product that I would recommend to other business owners.
