Brilliant customer service
Brilliant experience. I ordered Friday, then incorrectly read something about despatch dates so cancelled the order over the weekend. They rang Monday morning to say it was fine to cancel but they wanted to clear up my confusion about the despatch date, explaining it would be sent in the next few days. I appreciated the call and agreed to go ahead with the order and received it Tuesday! Can't fault it and the item was as described.

Dreadful company to deal with
Dreadful company to deal with. Every time I called, the telephone lines stated they were closed, despite trying on several different days.
I placed an order 10 days ago and was assured the items would be dispatched promptly. A purchase order had already been created and sent to them, yet nothing was shipped. Throughout the process, I was given repeated assurances that the items would be dispatched, but each promise came with another excuse.
To help avoid any delays, I even offered to pay by card due to the tight timeline, but they still failed to honour the agreed delivery date, despite repeatedly confirming they could meet it.
Based on my experience, I would urge others to exercise caution before purchasing from this company.

Quick service
Very easy to order and package turned up quickly. Some items much smaller than suggested - if something is advertised as a teacher resource that implies it is large enough to be used with a whole group, not for one to one tutoring.

I order educational goods from this…
I order educational goods from this company because I feel they have a real understanding of the stages a child goes through from very early years onwards, and somewhere along the line do sound research or have experienced educators within the company? Delivery is efficient and the products I have ordered now and in the past are so appropriate and of good quality.

Not giving refund
I ordered several pre-order items, but the expected release date has now passed.
I’ve been trying to cancel my order and get a refund. I spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed that my order would be cancelled, but this never happened. I also emailed earlier this week and have received no response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. As they don’t seem to respond to customers, I’ll now have to contact my bank to try and obtain a refund.

Dreadful, antiquated, not customer focused.
Ordered a product in May.
Received an email in June to say it will be delivered shortly.
Received a phone call at the end of June to say it won’t be delivered until August!
Asked for a refund. Had to provide a copy of my bank statement and a whole lot of ridiculous paperwork to get my money back. Appalling!
