Not giving refund
I ordered several pre-order items, but the expected release date has now passed.
I’ve been trying to cancel my order and get a refund. I spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed that my order would be cancelled, but this never happened. I also emailed earlier this week and have received no response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. As they don’t seem to respond to customers, I’ll now have to contact my bank to try and obtain a refund.

Dreadful, antiquated, not customer focused.
Ordered a product in May.
Received an email in June to say it will be delivered shortly.
Received a phone call at the end of June to say it won’t be delivered until August!
Asked for a refund. Had to provide a copy of my bank statement and a whole lot of ridiculous paperwork to get my money back. Appalling!

If I could give this Company 0 stars I would
I placed the order in April 2026 and I have been given several dispatch dates since then . The most recent being 28th July
What I would like to know is why if the items are not in stock are they still being advertised as available and the money still being taken ?
If they know they cannot supply the goods surely they should state out of stock.
I would never use this company again and suggest others use alternative companies as you will be disappointed and get no help at all from the Customer Service Depatment

Outstanding Customer Service – They Put Things Right
I originally left a negative review after experiencing a significant delay with my order of exercise books, which left my students having to use photocopied paper while we waited. At the time, I was understandably frustrated.
Since then, TTS have contacted me directly, apologised for the inconvenience, fully resolved the issue, and made a genuine goodwill gesture to put things right. It's easy to criticise when things go wrong, but I think it's equally important to recognise when a company takes ownership of a problem and works hard to resolve it.
While the initial delay was disappointing, the way TTS handled the situation afterwards completely changed my impression. Their customer service team were professional, courteous and clearly committed to making things right.
On that basis, I'm happy to update my review to five stars. Thank you, TTS, for turning a poor first impression into a positive customer experience.

Amazing Inclusive Products
Delivery service was great, items arrived safely.
Ordered kids A4 ring binders for school & college- they were packaged in individual boxes and well packaged. Good value for money and nice quality paper.
I also bought my daughter a portable lamp which changes colour, which has really helped bedtimes, she likes watching the lights change.

Delivery date did not happen
I was informed by email that the delivery due was date was xxxx but no delivery turned up. This was concerning as we then broken up for half term and were constantly going to the setting twice daily to check for deliveries as we are in a village hall. I then had to email the company to find out what was going on and when we could be expecting our delivery. More information would have been appreciated
