The product its self is amazing the staff are happy to help delivery was the issue the 1st did not arrive but when I phoned them they sent a replacement and even chased up the delivery company cant fault the company

Products delivered speedily but too much packaging.
Products delivered safely and speedily after dispatch.
Point deducted as packaging for staple gun and for staples was much too large. Each single item was in box which could have held 6 or more items. Why not at least put the staples in with the stapler and save a box!
Items very good and welcomed by playgroup😀

Quality issues
TTS ALWAYS provides a great service, fast delivery, excellent communication but the product quality has dropped significantly. I normally order several exercise book types in bulk, the paper quality has fallen tremendously. It's nearly see-through now. I have still got some books I have ordered from the TTS in 2016. Those books where RHINO brand and the paper is fantastic, these newer TTS books are sadly of an inferior quality. The prices however have sky rocketed, which makes one think TTS is more oriented to making profits, then caring for customer's needs.
