Poor service and doesn't help its customers
I ordered a water tray and didn't realise how low to the ground it was. I then tried to organise an exchange/return for a taller stand but as we had assembled it they refused to complete this exchange/return. (I am able to take it a part to return) this is very poor service as We have spent a lot of money on this for a preschool and they don't want to help

Victorian laundry tongs.
Ordered victorian laundry tongs.
Was very disappointed in this product.
The spring was so flimsy that the tong legs just floated about when you closed the tongs, often not coming together and shooting right past each other. I eventually fitted a long narrow hinge between the tong legs to make them usable. Very poor product. Not fit for purpose.

Great quality sensory equipment
Great quality sensory equipment. My level 3 autistic child is very happy with her light panel. Deliveries were a little delayed over the Christmas period, as to be expected. Item was handled with care.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, the delivery not quite so easy. There was no tracking and item was delivered several days later than I expected from the email I got from tts. Can't fault the mark making board, it exceeds my expectations and I consider it good value for money. I would happily order again but better delivery tracking information would help

As a childminder
