My mirror arrived very damaged, with many scratches... terrible customer service trying to get a refund.

Finger weg
Ich würde 0 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte! Spiegel ohne Wandmontage Material beschädigt geliefert bekommen, nach Reklamation, sollte ich die Spiegelplatte selbst entsorgen und bekomm erst mein Geld zurück wenn ich einen Beweis der Entsorgung liefere, sowas unverschämtes ist mir noch nie passiert! Bestelle dort nie wieder und empfehle ich auch nicht weiter!
Prima service
Glasschilderij besteld maar tijdens vervoer gebroken. Dpd meldde dat ik het zelf maar moest regelen met verzender. Deze stuurde netjes weer een nieuwe op die ook weer niet heel vervoerd werd maar dpd hield het pakket vast en kon mij niet vertellen waarom zij dit deden. Ik moest wederom zelf het probleem maar weer melden bij verzender. Deze verzender vroeg mij nogmaals of ik nog een schilderij wenste te ontvangen maar dat zagen wij niet meer zitten en heb het geld terug gevraagd wat daarna ook zeer snel teruggestuurd is tot volle tevredenheid. Kortom DPD EEN DIKKE NUL en tulupdecor die netjes communiceerde met ons een pluim. Dit alles heeft dankzij zeer slechte kennisgeving van DPD 5 weken geduurd
Scam - Hidden Import Duty
Avoid - Total scam. The website is disguised as a UK company with UK web site, UK call centre, prices in £. Only once you order and pay and see the invoice you realise it is based in Poland then 3 weeks later you receive an email from the courier demanding a significant import duty payment. In my case it was over £25% of the total cost of the order. The order was £160 including "vat & shipping" then a £44 demand from Fedex arrived out the blue. Tried to phone the call centre; cut off. Looked again their website and if you click into a few hidden terms and condition sub menus they state they are Polish based and customers are responsible for paying import duty - this should not be allowed as they deliberately hide this.
Fantastic Item, quick delivery
I ordered my worktop saver before reading reviews and then when I did I was worried. But I had no need to be. Unlike the experience of other reviewers my product arrived within 2 weeks, I was provided tracking throughout and wasn't charged any extra delivery or import fees. The shipping did cost £10 but it was sent from Poland and was very heavy, considering it's glass, so I don't think they over priced the shipping costs. It was packaged well.
The item itself is great quality, the picture wasn't pixelated in the slightest. I'm very pleased with my product and am glad now I didn't read the reviews because I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. There is nothing to suggest on first read they are a company based abroad with the UK Address and Email address so a shock when charged duty and fees for delivery. Product then smashed and the customer service has been shocking. Shame really as product was lovely before it smashed!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They have a Uk address and phone number but they are in Poland. Your package takes forever and customer service are not interested. They won’t guarantee I won’t have to pay customs either but they hide it somewhere on their web site. I’m two weeks without my mirror and still no date when it will arrive. STAY CLEAR. ALSO TRADE AS MIRRORMATIC

Glass chopping board didn’t arrive, emailed TULUP no help from them no refund issued, customer service terrible, wouldn’t recommend them.

Awful Quality
Ordered an acrylic wall picture. Nearly £100. Pixelated image, really poor quality, nothing like what is pictured on the website. Part of the image was peeling off the acrylic too. Awful.
Terrible Customer Service - A scam
This mirror was delivered broken. it was packaged with no foam, or wadding protecting the glass Tulup refused to replace or refund. Amazon are taking action Do not buy from them!
Avoid bad service/quality
Not a good quality not good customer services. They ignore my emails regarding fault in product after 3wk delivery delay then after one day it shows brown bubbles. Tried to resolve by email but not heard back been over 2 months. Bad customer service 1 star for nice picture.

I have ordered twice with this company
I have ordered twice with this company. Once within Poland and second time the goods were sent to Switzerland. I also had to pay the surprising amount of custom fee even though the goods were purchased within the allowed customs free limit, they have imposed the additional fee for the heavy weight goods as well. All in all a very disappointing experience .- I contacted this company to have them pay the customs fee or I wrote I would cancel the next order in process. The lady who wrote had some difficulties to calculate - she wrote it was not profitable for them to cover my customs fee because she saw the new order comparable in price. When I asked her how 30 CHF compares to 500 PLN she was unable to answer. I tried to contact them by phone. In vain. I asked for then owner's details to complain. No answer so far. I am surprised to see on the email written tulup.fr with a UK 00 44 phone number while still on other bit there is the German phone number and adress. Yes, it is true it is Polish company - based in Poland - just with few different websites ending . fr .co.uk ....de etc ... So yes there will always be customs fee for us to pay and they should clearly advertise this information on their website - as for my modest opinion. So far - there is no nsuch clarity at all - on none of their foreign extension websites. So yes - we clients think we order in the company based physically in UK, France, Germany and we feel ... how do we feel when we have to pay extra, unexpected and hidden customs fees ???? You, who were in my shoes, you all know the answer. Ask the seller loads of questions before you buy and have confirmation in writing of everything they tell you. I am still waitingh for the boss of this company to call me so that I could complain. No information about their complaints policy from the guy who replied to my email.. I wrote: "Since your line disconnects I would like to be called by someone from German sales department please - today after 4pm. please" the quite unrealistic reply that Tuliup prefers to reply by email, being a Polish company with branches abroad, they - unfortunately do not provide support in French. I wonder whether the person read what I wrote. I then specified all the languages I spoke to remove a possibility of another excuse for Tulup. Stiil I received a blunt: "we prefer to contact you by email." I am still waiting for the answers and the bossnto contact me.mI wonder whether this will also be in vain. I am extremely dissatisfied with this kind of attitude......May be this evaluation will make them act more promptly. All I know is that I will be most probably looking for more responsive and clear, transparent seller in future.
Beware of import tax!
Despite having a UK phone number and a co.uk email address, this company is based in Poland and therefore I've been hit with a £45 import tax charge from Fedex!! Also, 2 weeks on from my order and I'm yet to receive my pictures. Not happy!!!
