Hi, we are sorry to have received a 1* Trustpilot review from you regarding your purchase of the Ferguson 24” 12 volt Smart LED TV/DVD.
This TV can be sold as a mains only TV, being supplied with the mains lead/3 pin plug, but it can also be sold as a 12 volt TV where the customer is supplied with both the mains lead and a 12 volt adaptor.
With regards to your comment about the aerial connector, the TV has a standard coaxial aerial connection on it so we are not sure what you are meaning.
Regarding the issue with the sound, have you contacted the Cello Service Team on 0333 433 0312. The Cello Service Team will run through a short trouble shooting exercise with you to establish if there is a fault with the TV or not.
We do offer a 30 day return period so if you would rather return the TV for a refund you are welcome to do so. The TV does need to be returned in the original TV box with the internal protective inserts enclosing a note of your name, order number and reason for the return.
We are a small company and a 1* Trustpilot review can be detrimental to our business so we hope we have managed to explain the spec of the TV to you and have confirmed that you are able to return the TV to us if you so with.
