Bad Delivery
It I was not great said they were coming Wed so sat in all afternoon no parcel then got a text it was coming Thursday same time no explanation, so was it TV Village or DPD what was at fault the delivery lad did no seem to Know.

They have sent wrong remote
They have sent wrong remote. Different style and no buttons work on remote, back button off button or even numbers - very frustrating. Can i please have refund or the remote i actually ordered

Hi, To allow us to look into this for you please can you supply us with the model number of the TV that you want to use the remote control with as this is the 1st communication we have had from you regarding the issue. Have you inserted the dongle into the TV and paired the remote with the TV? Also the SFS remote control has been updated from the photo shown on our website.
