Ongoing Quality Issues & No Response to Emails
Not looking to leave a bad review, looking to get a response from the company to a quality issue.
I’ve received an order where 2 out of 5 garments arrived with print defects, including missing letters. I’ve emailed support multiple times but haven’t had any reply. These items are needed for an upcoming photoshoot, so the delay is causing real problems for my brand.
What’s most concerning is that these faulty prints passed QC. If they had gone directly to a customer, it would have reflected badly on my business.
I’m hoping posting here will finally prompt a response, as I need the two defective garments reprinted urgently.
I have tried calling a number I found online but it is no longer valid,

Quality printing, Great value postage
Two Fifteen offer great value mugs, T shirts and other printed items. The print quality is excellent and always gets commented on by my customers. Many mugs will ship same day on 24hr tracked at a great price for postage.

Frustrating lack of communication
Edited review - Credit to TwoFifthteen who reached out after my original review to apologise for the delay. My order has now arrived. However their lack of communication that my order was delayed was frustrating. A shame it took a negative review to prompt communication.
Original review:
**Avoid this company. Placed an order 13/2/26, its now 11 days later and have heard nothing about my order. Ive contacted them twice (once via their website and once via direct email), both un-responded. Ironically, my order was a sample to test our their product/service but this has shown me why I should'nt use them. I won't be using them in the future. Given I cant get hold of them i'll contact my credit card company for a refund.
Hopefully you don't make the same mistake as I have done. **

Been with Two Fifteen for several months now supporting my POD Etsy business and no complaints - they print and ship really quickly and quality of the printed goods on mugs and T-shirts/hoodies is really good - customers very happy - I also use another company and they have made two mix ups already unlike these guys - excellent 👌
