Bought a set of the G17MVG mugs they look really good and make a fab collection

As a business we are struggling to rely on TwoFifteen mostly due to how unresponsive they are on email and by phone. The first order we placed went through OK and in fact the quality of the merch is super, no complaints at all there, but we have a much larger order which hasn't been fulfilled in 9 days now and counting, and no one responds to their email account and none of the listed phone numbers are in order. There is no way to get any updates on shipping or the order, and this is a huge problem for us if we are to sell our branded products to our own customers.

Using them in November & December is a complete gamble. Customer support is non existent if the mug arrives damaged you'll have to wait a week (if you're lucky) for them to reply and ship out a replacement. There are no quality check prior to shipment as well, a lot of my customers received badly printed mugs and the customer support has not replied to those emails for weeks.

Excellent service as always great quality and speedy delivery. Highly recommend this company for printing.

Amazing again. Their turnaround is something else with products being dispatched the same day if ordered early enough. I am moving all my products away from other providers and slowly using twofifteen across all my store. Would recommend

I can’t fault Twofifteen, they’re a great POD company and delivery is very prompt. I’ve used them to produce many items for me that I sell at local markets and fairs as well as online, and they’ve always provided excellent service. Their products are of good quality and the print quality is also very good. Highly recommend.

Back Story: I recently had a few problems with a different company on a t-shirt print. The other company struggled with a lot of bleed during print, but sent my sample anyway, after I reached out I did receive a second t-shirt which was worse than the first. Never had problems before and customer service was excellent however, this delayed a launch and was forced to find another company.

I came across twofifteen and thought I would give them a try. Firstly, the product was dispatched within 48hrs, so I was highly impressed with the swift turn around. The t-shirt turned up, well packaged. Hesitantly (due to the issues I had previously experienced with the other company), I opened the package expecting the same problems, assuming it may have been the design. THE PRINT WAS PERFECT! I was literally over the moon, no bleed, perfect finishing, top quality first print. Thank you TwoFifteen, you made what was previously, a very stressful situation, calm again and I will definitely be using your services moving forward.

Hoping 215 will see this as I have had no response. I took the time to design, order and pay for a custom-printed vest on Sat 27 September (almost 2 weeks ago), and received an automated confirmation. Since then I have had NO updates/communication and can't get hold of anyone. Have been emailing with no response. The company has no phone number which I now realise is a bad sign - found two old numbers online but both seem to have been cut off. I will be pursuing a refund via PayPal. I am mystified by the positive reviews here as this company seems to be a total scam.

I hadn't ordered from them for a while but when I signed into their site my designs were still there and I had no problem ordering. And I was surprised when in just 2 days I heard that the recipient had received the order! And it was exactly like I hoped it would be. Thank you, Two Fifteen!
