I really think this company should be…
I really think this company should be closed down. I was quilted700 online. Then told her to ring this number they told me they found someone who could do £1300 absolutely unbelievable keep away from this company. You’ve been warned and the best of it I cancelled it and I’ve took hundred pound off me and I’ve got to wait 30 days for the rest never in my life and I’ve been so ripped off and I think it’s legal. There must be something wrong with people in this world disgrace

Basically a scam brokee, predatory behavior, their business model relies on people not reading their terms conditions. And they stuff all sorts of fines, penalties etc that are in no way aligned with the market. Like 100£ admin fee, in top of 80£ cancelation fee, ON TOP of 20% premium refuns they keep!l for themselves! And it says 30 days max for refund, and of course they wait until last day to isssue it so you wait a month. I presume they earn interest or crypto or whatnot, these sleazy ppl are capable of anything. And also very rude, unhelpful, and chavy.

This company makes you jump through so…
This company makes you jump through so many hoops to verify everything. I’ve been purchasing insurance on line for decades and have never known so much hassle. Shortly after my policy started I was contacted by Udrive to be informed that they had not received proof of NCB discount. I gathered the information they requested and sent it to the email address that their website advised to use. I asked for a confirmation of receipt email but never heard anything ( yes I did check my spam folder) It seems to me that for as little as just £2 or £3 more I could have got the same level of cover without all the effort.
