Fantastic lady
Fantastic lady. Mids Ehman if i spell it correct. She aplyed a genuine concern and dedicated to really get me the insurance policy despite my probkems or a motor register against ne regarding a non payment of my last insurance policy. Shambles
After agreeing my insurance and confirming my no claims at their end my insurance then got cancelled after I didn’t send my no claims proof myself even though they had proof already. Got charged for the privilege as well. Scammers

Overall good but need to improve .i get comprehensive cover but they tell extra add on .on this situation policy go up .thats not good for people who are already struggling. Find out any solution .on this was very strange there is no app in App Store .so please work on it

I entered all details and paid in full for years insurance. I got a phone call and went through all details. Due to me not confirming on line that a previous policy was cancelled. I explained I genuinely believed all car insurance was cancelled after write off. It was not written off for fraud or anything delibrate and the guy on the phone confirmed he understood why I thought that. So we changed that. No issues
But then I get a revised premium with them saying I didnt get enough score points. I got 69 instead of 75. So they cant insure me. But.... they found someone that did. For an extra 1300.00. So I asked to cancel amd requested a refund. Low and behold they are deducting 100 from me. I also have to wait 15days for my money back. I have issued formal complaint and will be taking to ombudsman.
