This company is making millions on fake orders . You order they take your money, then you don’t get a delivery! When you email them, they then block you and close the link! Why are they still allowed to advertise on YouTube ? Who at YouTube should be contacted?

Just saw one of your adverts on youtube showing a drain cleaning agent. You demonstrated by putting a live fish in a glass of the cleaner which showed the fish disintegrate almost immediately. You disgusting people. I hope you go broke real soon!!!

Order was cancelled within 2 mins of placement, as I had a hunch it was a scam.. Company says it was sent anyway, wont provide proof of postage.

Order a Camel back posture correction belt in December 24. The belt never arrived. Emailed many requests for refund that go ignored. It's now 6 months later and no refund and no contact and no item, just a fake tracking number. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE FAKE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Ordered the "Highly scented" mop soap for £11.00. It came in a tiny bottle and had absolutely NO scent at all, NONE ZILCH! Messaged customer service 4 times but no response at all. I won't be buying anything that doesn't go through a safety site again. Total SCAMMERS!!!

I bought the iron but steam not coming from iron . Not hot enough to iron cloths . Email customer service many times to replace it . But no reply . My money is just gone waste . I need refund .

UERGO Sold me a Multyfunctional cleaning shovel with no handle. There advert is misleading it shows pictures of the shovel with handle attached. That’s not what I received. I would not use UERGO ever again. Perhaps they should make it clear to customers, the shovel does not come with the handle attached. That way people will be able to make an informed choice as to weather or not to buy this shovel.

I place an order with this company, Uergo, for the item above since 23.1.25. So far I have been awaiting the delivery of my order with no contact from Uergo although I wrote to them.

Ordered stuff of them haven't heard anything have emailed them and ain't got a answer don't order of this company you won't get your stuff.

Delivered safely. Haven't used product yet. Waiting for better weather.

Still waiting for my Wedge toenail clippers since December 2024 angry😡 desperately need due to the long nhs Podiatry list now I'm going to see if I could get a refund. Can anyone tell me if Uergo and Dimoo are connected because I'm having problems with Dimoo too!!!! Both soooo unprofessional 😡 Dimoo product was ordered 17/1/25 (Haven't even received an order reference number and or an email back😡!!) and as for Uergo.. they finally acknowledged...but I'm still waiting since December 2024!!! and today is Fri 24/1/25 for my Wedge clippers from both companies I'm sure they're the same company!!!
