Item not as shown
Item not as shown, was shown with 2 nozzles for heat gun, come bare. Went to order some from ukflat roofing and was quoted £25.00 pound delivery. The delay has meant the postponement of my job. Very disappointed
Found them on another site with delivery at £4.99 and arrived next day

They should have come with the heat gun so i will look into this. Would have been better if you'd emailed rather than gone straight to Trustpilot as i could have sorted this out for you.

Its flammable goods which our couriers won't take. Sorry about that but you've been refunded straight away.

Very poor communication - avoid.
Ordered two 40m rolls of allutrix membrane. They did not have it in stock and with my permission swapped it for Elotene. However, they only sent me one roll (40m) when I needed two rolls. Sent two messages (one email and another via their website) and got No reply to my query. Had to order another roll of Elotene from another supplier. Caused a delay in my roofing project. Not happy with the very poor communication and will never use them again. They did refund the cost of one of the rolls as I paid for two rolls. When I ordered the two rolls of allutrix their website showed they had the items in stock.

Paid item did not arrive, very poor customer service
Did not get item paid for as there was an issue with details changing when placing an order online. Not possible to reach on the phone and they where not willing to call back. Have given them a chance to correct their mistake but they insisted straight away without investigating that the fault was not theirs.
Avoid.

Sorry but we can't be held responsible for you getting your address incorrect.
You also gave the wrong contact number for the courier to call and they tried several times to deliver.
We offered you a re deliver but you would need to pay as you got your address wrong and phone number.
Sorry that it has to be this way but we get charged postage twice as its now back at the warehouse.
Great Product
Great Product, Great Service!
I contacted them via Chat, I was given initial advice then this was followed up by technical sales.
I was advised very clearly of the product I needed and importantly why.
I ordered from the link provided and the fixings for a "warm roof" arrived the next day.
My follow up technical questions were answered within two hours.
I cannot expect better service than this.

Highly recommended - UK Flat Roofing has been the best customer experience I've had throughout my build.
Mike was able to tell me (a self-builder) exactly what I needed for my green roof and saved me a significant amount of money through suggesting better suited products than my roofer had asked for.

EPDM Test Piece
The sheet of EPDM arrived safely and we're just about to put it to the test.
Hopefully, we'll be placing a larger order in due course and we hope the service will be similarly good.
