Really good service, exceptionally fast replies.
I had some trouble when ordering due to the wrong address being selected as it was set as the default on Google Chrome. Stupidly clicked next too quickly and the order had processed before I realised my mistake.

They replied very quickly after I emailed informing them of this and offered to update the address to the correct one.

I actually decided to cancel the order the person I was ordering it for was having second thoughts about whether they needed it and they promptly issued a refund.

The company is based out of China and not the UK so that's one thing to be aware of with regards to shipping etc, but their customer service is really fantastic!

Very good customer service, when UK delivery company Hermes failed to deliver uklaptopaccessories promptly arranged another. The charger works fine as well no issues

Please do not use this company at all. They sold me a laptop Battery that could catch fire according to HP.

The returns address is in China. I spent £15.00 to send back and the parcel just came back to me.

I'm now disputing this with Paypal and will also be contacting Trading Standards as this Wedsite needs shutting down.

SCAM! You order a UK charger and they just add an adaptor to a US charger. And when I asked for a refund they ignored me and then finally asked me to ship it back to China. Avoid at all costs! It is not a UK company and it is not selling UK products!

I don't mind ordering from China. I just expect companies to be up front about it. So I feel lied to. I'd give them one star but I've not had or used the product I ordered yet.

Absolute con artist. Pretends to be a UK company but everything shipped super slow pace from China. Items when lost in post don't care and up to you to drive around couriers to find it. When you finally get it products are duds. Brand new battery barely lasts 1 hour on a laptop. Avoid at all cost

Came from China, cheap dangerous crap!!
The battery goes from 40% to powered off in about 15 seconds.
The charger electrocuted my daughter.
This was all within a few weeks of using, and no mistreatment or anything.
Please please please, learn from others mistakes and just buy somewhere else.

There should be a way for Trading Standards to shut down sites like this.
Just another Chinese company fooling buyers.

Superb service & free upgrade

Power supply was delivered from China. Turned out the connector didn't fit my Gigabyte Aero 15X - so I complained via email and they requested I return the item. The power supply was replaced with a more powerful model (correct connector) at no additional cost whatsoever. OK, the process took a while with all that postage. But Justin was polite, responsive and trustworthy throughout: superb service in my experience!

I bought 8 chargers, and the seller wrapped them in 2 packages. This can be sent to me in a faster but cheaper way of logistics.

Fuardsters, they sold me a AC Adapter for my Lenovo that does not work and Paypal are no help.

I have the same issues as the previous reviewers. I purchased a laptop lead believing that I was purchasing this from a UK supplier. I have just received the lead (10 days later than expected) and it is from China. In the meantime I have purchased another lead directly from a shop in the UK as it was too long to be delivered. I have emailed 'Justin' however I don't expect to get any money back. Don't waste your time or money using this Company!!

Same problems as listed by other reviews. Do not buy from them.

Firstly I wish I had read the reviews about this company first!
The first thing to be aware of is that they are not in the UK (as is implied) but in China.
Secondly the power supply I ordered worked for a few weeks but then started smoking and omitting a burning smell - clearly faulty and down right dangerous!
"Justin" asked me to return the power supply to China and offered GBP £3.00 compensation.
I replied that this was unacceptable to which "Justin" offered to send me a replacement at no cost.
Nothing arrived and "Justin" now states that he wants me to return the faulty supply first to which I have no confidence that the cost would be returned.

Use this company at your own peril - they supply faulty and dangerous goods and customer service is non-existent.

I ordered a laptop charger with a uk plug from what I thought was a man called Justin, in the UK. I was sent a charger with a continental plug, plus a travel adaptor. I could have bought one of these on ebay for a much lower cost. It transpires that the seller is in China not the UK and refuses to help unless I send the charger back at my own cost. So, I'd be further out of pocket with no guarantee of ever receiving the correct charger or getting any money back. Do not trust this seller

Some time ago I accidentally put the power cord broken, I think there will not be after sale service because the power cord is free. I was trying to ask the seller for help, asking if they could send a power cord again,to my surprise,the seller agreed and a few days later I received a new power cord, this is really surprise me!

My original charger is broken. I utterly ignorant of these electronic products. The seller is very patient to answer my questions. Let me finally chose the correct charger. It comes from abroad, I thought there would be a long wait. But it took me only 5 days to get a new charger. Much faster than I thought.

I ordered a charger from UK Laptop Accessories and was surprised when it arrived from China. The firm’s name is misleading: it is clearly based in ShenZhen City. That would have been alright, had the product worked. It didn’t. After various e-mails, they agreed to give me a refund – despite my pressing, it wasn’t clear whether that would include the postage charge they had levied or the cost of my return postage (>£10). After two weeks, I’d heard nothing. I made inquiries, to be told they hadn’t yet received the charger back. I sent them proof of posting. A further 2½ weeks and I inquired again. They still hadn’t received it. I asked them what they proposed to do given that the product was anyway not fit for purpose. I’ve heard nothing further. It's 4 months since I placed the order. The experience has cost me £46.

I was electrocuted today by one of their power suppliers. These are not UK products which is misleading as the website is uklaptopaccessories. I don't ever complain but since I was nearly killed today as the power supply exploded and loud bang with a huge which flash happened I am left with burning sensations in my left hand.
