Terrible quality of products
The product took a considerable amount of time to arrive and was damaged when opened.
Unfortunately upon opening up the package my charger had minor damage to the wire casing. If I didn't desperately need the charger at that time and I wouldn't have been charged for shipping them I would have returned the item.
2 months on and the plug that goes into the main charger block is simply falling apart. This is by far the worst laptop charger I have ever purchased in terms of product quality and I suspect it is a knock off product.
Won't be using this website again.

Long lead times due to not this not being a UK company
Ordered a couple of laptop chargers for a colleague and required this within a reasonable amount of time and so decided to order from UK laptop accessories. Ordered 10 days ago and have just checked the shipping information and have found that it is originating from China, I have absolutely no idea when the chargers will arrive and will now need to replicate the order with a UK company.
This is not a UK based company (which is something you would expect from their domain name) and do not advise you about long lead times at any point. We will have to see what the quality is like when they finally arrive.

don't be fooled...
I was too easily fooled by the .co.uk domain and ability to pay in GBP: this is some guy in his bedroom in Hong Kong trying to dupe people into thinking they are buying from a UK operation - you are actually getting stuff shipped from HK with very very long leadtimes which you are not informed about. I purchased a small item (charger) on a monday, on the premise that I would received by end of the week (as advised on the site). 10 days later, I still have not received. I have contacted him twice, he replies but doesn't seem to know which courrier is used, how I might track the status and when I might receive it.
