UKLogsDirect Avis

Ordering and delivery were vey straightforward. The logs are dry as advertised and packed incredibly well

wonderful staff, prodct and price. whats not to love?

Update thank you UK LogsDirect for acting on my comments about the delivery issues.
Delivery service was the reason for not getting 5stars. Delivery company delivered 1 day late no updates. Lorry pallet lifter wasn't suitable for the size and weight of the pallets totally unsafe. Delivery vehicle had a driver and one other person, driver sat in his cab and didn't help his mate push a non-powered pallet truck. Total let down compared to previous years

Only firm making Hotties or Pint. All the rest now only offer Hootties XL which are hopeless as they break up and thus they burn out too quickly.
So please keep making them and I will order more before next winter.
You were also quick to deliver and the driver was nice. Do you have a stockist in East Anglia? Perhaps Rackhams of Wickham Market, Micheal, would be interested.

Best regards Ian Castle

I've used UK Logs Direct a number of times now. Good prices, excellent delivery service. You can choose your delivery date. Delivery driver was very courteous and put both pallets into the garage for storage. I've no complaints about UK Logs Direct and shall continue to use them in the future.

Easy to order Ash logs which is the species I required. Delivered on time and early in the day, leaving plenty of time to stack away. Crate was cut up for kindling.

Can always be relied on to give customer satisfaction.

Great Company, easy to deal with, better product than my previous log supplier.

The delivery was nice and early so gave us time to shift the logs to storage.
They were all pretty dry and the only mould I spotted was on the outer section of the crate they were packed in.
Driver was helpful in placing logs in good position.

Fantastic, prompt service. Delivery company they use too, extremely helpful.

Delivery experience varies from excellent to difficult depending on the skill/attitude of the delivery driver. Product great!

Great price, good communication, delivery on time and the driver phoned in advance re time of delivery.

Have used this company the last 3 years , Great delivery service

Excellent service from start to finish, quality logs supplied in large crate. Third time we have had logs supplied by UK logs direct , based on this service would not look elsewhere .

excellent offer -'second' oak logs -in fact absolutely brilliant and the little bit of mould (reason for being seconds) hardly visible and will dry off during storage for winter.
arrived very promptly and well packed -the crate is being used by a neighbour as a log store !

Full 1.6 m3 in crate as stated unlike some suppliers that over state the stacked size of the logs in there crates.
Allways happy with the logs supplied from uk logs direct.

Great communication and delivered bang on time. Logs also put exactly where we wanted them. I am a returning customer and will return again. Quality logs.

Found this log basket significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Extremely well packaged and fast delivery.

Arrived quickly and on time, kept informed with delivery 🚚 time, goods quality, fair price for the quantity, would recommend.
