The quality of the logs, ease of delivery and well stacked crates make this our first choice. This is an excellent service and we are very happy to recommend.

Great logs, nicely packed and the crates make great kindling when chopped down. 4* rather than 5* as the delivery firm arrived 2 hours past their window (with no comms) which caused us a problem as we planned to go out. This wasn't UK Logs Direct fault though. Everything else was perfect and would use UK Logs again (just plan on staying in the whole day, rather than for the delivery window specified).

Not burned them but they look good quality and dry. Delivery was outstanding, very good capable and polite driver who did an awkward manoeuvre to make my life easier. Have used this company last 3 years they logs will burn well, I am sure! Thank you

I’m sure the product is fine, the only issue was the delivery, initially they said it would be delivered on the Thursday between 12 and 2:30, at 3:30 I get a phone call saying that they could not deliver and would the next day be ok, to which I agreed, they stated again a delivery between 12 and 2:30 at 3 and no delivery I rang them and they said it would now be 5! At 6 it was delivered after waiting in for two days!
