We are a large letting agency in London and have used UKPPI for many years to trace ex-tenants. Brilliant and accurate, always.

Avoid this company unless you want to get conned
Tried to trace someone for the purposes of serving court papers however was given 3 incorrect addresses. It seems like they just give old or random addresses to get you off their back - very poor customer service as they just don't care and will say anything to keep your money. Always pay with credit card so you can get your money back when they don’t provide the promised service.
Edit: this is definitely not a fake review, I just choose to remain anonymous which is my right to do so.

This is a fake review, and it has been flagged and reported. Quite clearly, a genuine client would have left their name, so the matter could be addressed and resolved. Shame on you!

Thank you so much UKPI!
Thank you Tim!
What I most appreciated about UKPI's reply to my inquiry for a quote was:
- the speed of their response
- the clear pricing
- the 'no nonsense' attitude
I contacted half a dozen investigators for quotes. Nearly all of them wanted to get me on the phone so they could explain how 'difficult' the job would be, to justify a huge cost.
Not Tim. He kept it simple. If you want this service its £x. For that, it's £x....
After I instructed UKPI to proceed, I was notified immediately that my case had started and given an ETA for resolution.
3 days later my family's biggest mystery was solved!
I will definitely be using their services again.
I can't recommend UKPI enough.

I would use this service again
I would use this service again. While I cannot vouch for its reliability (I would suggest looking into accreditation etc.) it was vastly (almost a tenth) cheaper than the quote from one rival, and communication was great.
