UK Private Investigators Avis

At a time of great grief we used UK Private Investigators to trace relatives we wanted to contact.
The service was prompt, professional and incredible value for money.
Thank you.

Tim did a great job. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine in London, and even though I don't live there, I don't regret trusting him at all. I received an excellent offer and the job was done in much less time than expected. Great professional, highly recommend to everyone!

UKPI is very efficient, effective and keep to their word. Less than 24hrs, my missing brother's details was discovered without collecting a dime from me. Their service is affordable. All the staffs attended to me professionally and warmly. I will recommend them over and over again.

My amended review date is March 4 2024. I am amending the positive review that I submitted below (see review in parentheses), because since January 12 2024 when I submitted it, UKPI have disappointed. On February 29 2024, I requested a new person trace, following the same criteria as my first request for a person trace, for which I had been charged £44.25. However, this time I was quoted £120, an almost triple hike in rate in a six week period. Upon inquiry, I was told that I had been undercharged (beyond belief for a company with a long track record, I felt), and they refused to budge. After a lengthy search and comparison of other agencies, I settled on Find UK People. They provided an excellent service at the competitive rate of £59.99 for a Premium trace. (Furthermore, Find UK People secured, in writing, that should I request a similar service in the fiscal year ending April 2025, I would be charged the same rate.) Therefore, I warn clients to exercise caution when dealing with UKPI.

My original review on January 12 2024:
(UKPI conducted a person trace I had requested in an exemplary manner and speed and with great integrity. The time it took from the initial contact until the delivery of the report was under 24 hours. I strongly recommend their services.)

Very happy with the service . Fast turnaround and successful outcome . Will most certainly use UK private investigators again .

Quick turnaround of my request and a very friendly team.

Very quick response to initial enquiry.
Once process initiated, it was completed within 24 hours despite some slightly inaccurate information from me at the start

I don't know what all these fake reviews are about. Tim did a great job and found out who someone was for me in a very short amount of time when no one else I hired managed to. I asked him to find out who someone was and didn't have much to go on but he found them and for a completely affordable price. Would highly recommend.

Having unsuccessfully endeavouring to trace a particular individual via other companies, UK Private Investigators impressively managed to locate this person within a matter of hours. UKPI significantly exceeded expectations at a most affordable price with Tim Burchell communicating in a timely manner.
If we ever need to trace anyone again, we'd instruct UKPI without hesitation.

My dealings with UKPI were swift and professional. I am very grateful indeed for how quickly they found my cousin. Thank you.

This company is exactly what they say they can deliver I got my results in 24 hours money well spent will recommend them 100%
Thank you Tim for your help will definitely recommend

They were very quick at looking into what I wanted them to do which was to look into someone. Always helpful aswell with any questions I had. Would use the service again if I needed to

Superb company, would
Thoroughly recommend and would use them again should the need arise,
Provided plenty of information from very little to go on (just a mobile number and forename)

Helped trace someone for me who had been scamming me. Fast response and very pleased with findings. I will certainly ask for help again if situation arises. Thank you Tim and Team. Antony.

Very helpful and supportive with a difficult issue.

Reasonable cost and did not charge extra for simple advice.

Confidentiality maintained for my safety.

Results delivered as advertised, as timely as advertised, and in a convenient, streamlined way. Then still went on to go above and beyond in my situation. Appreciated hearing back from a real live person in a timely way when first making my inquiry. Very much appreciate the excellent service, and would recommend this firm to anyone.

I needed to trace a person who has a very common name and the only other things I knew was that the person lived in the London area and had a mobile phone (which was never answered).
UK Private Investigators located the person within 24 hours.
Highly recommended.

We had a great experience quick easy great value for money got the job done so fast would recommend and use these again.

I needed evidence to prove who was living at a Co owned house, as I am out of the country I could not confirm my suspicions. Uk private investigators quickly provided information which I can now act on. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use again

I hired this company to find the mobile number of the father for the boy who was beating up my 23 y.o daughter. I chose this company because of their "No quibble, full refund" policy as they stated in emails I retain. I called the number Mr B gave me and was for some woman in a different Shire, a totally different last name and gender and who had retained that number for years. It wasn't a new number for her! When questioned Mr B stated the number was correct and they must be hiding him. I have no idea why the father would want to be hiding but I confirmed by hiring another company, Ingram Associates, who did a proper search and got me the number I required. I tried to call Mr B but the moment I requested he honor the refund policy they tout, he no longer took my calls and just sent me emails stating the number was correct "at the time". This was false and is a total lie, the number I received from Ingram Associates was correct, he just gave me a random number and used the "at the time" to avoid the fact he failed. Either way he never honoured the refund policy which I am happy to publish. My daughter remained at risk of further abuse while I had to find another company, them do the search, call the father and sort the issues. I hold Mr B directly responsible for this delay. He has never been in touch again and has never provided a refund. Use UK Private Investigations at your own risk and those you care for.
Mr B response is again a lie, the number he gave was not for the person in question. and My daughter and I have constant contact 24/7 so he is trying to make out that she is trying to hide from me. Which she is not, take responsibility Mr B and own up that you failed. the number was never ever for the subject, if it was,,, why would I be complaining... I wouldnt, Id be happy and not have had to pay someone else to do his work. Additionally, in his reply he does not mention anything about the no quibble refund, again, the truth comes out. I would not be wasting my time on this if what I have said here, was not true. The fact he wanted me remove his name from this review says it all.
