SENT THE WRONG COLOUR BED!
You sent the wrong colour bed. You sent grey instead of stone. It was unpacked before it was realised. I hope you manage to send the correct colour carpet!!!

fitters made a mistake, did not rectify
The reason the 5 stars isn't there is down to the fitters, who are not employed by United Carpets. I noticed something not quite right about the carpet fitting but it was only after i had hoovered up and the fitters left. The fitter has promised to come back and rectify the mistake but has since ignored my messages.

Just head straight there
After going to another carpet shop, I thought I would head to United Carpets for a second quote. I should have just headed straight there. This is my second carpet from here. The first time was a dream and the second was even better. I could not recommend them highly enough. Friendly and helpful advice. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.
