Simple little job well executed
We knew what we wanted. Staff in the shop gave us options and information. Booked for someone to call and fit the hard board floor and arrange for the fitter to call when the lino had arrived at the shop. Quick simple organised.

Great customer service and…
Great customer service and support.Slight problem with first delivery of bed, not quite what we ordered but with only one call from delivery crew the problem was sorted and within 4 days the correct goods were delivered. Can't thank them enough would definitely use them again. Thanks again 👍👍

The carpet I wanted they said they…
The carpet I wanted they said they couldn't do as my room.was too big (understandable).
Then explained that I have a dog and kids and need a hard waring carpet, sold me the one i have and it's definitely not hardwaring, it's getting pulled all over, and will need another carpet in about 6months!

Dealing with United Carpets is a pleasant and friendly experience. A well established and respected vendor in our community and they know their stuff and are very competitive.
My only gripe is the mess I had to clean left by the fitter, but that is not United Carpets fault hence the 5 stars.
Overall great service and very accommodating.

He was very good
He was very good. And polite. Fitted kitchen tap and sealed round the sink. No cold water was coming out of the tap also did that for me too. Lovely man. Fitted the stair carpet and my cushion floor in the kitchen.

Shop good, fitters terrible
Very helpful and polite staff in the shop and no pressure selling or anything like that. Product is great and value for money.
The fitter however was woeful and left us with an unsecured toilet and dividers that weren't stuck to the floor. Happy to buy from them again but will never use their recommended LVT fitter again that's for sure.
