Lovely carpet at a great price. Fitted quickly and efficiently by 2 friendly guys. This is a great shop. I would definitely use them again next time I need a carpet. Highly recommended.

I was happy from the beginning
I was happy from the beginning, yeah great, going to get new flooring done Gent came out to measure, after I choose what I wanted. All very friendly and helpful. The day came for fitting, everything was good. Not very happy now, 3 places where it's bubbled up and they not stuck it down properly, there's probably more. Shall not buy from them again. I'm very frustrated and angry.

My flooring was messed up contacted…
My flooring was messed up contacted them they said fitter was going on holiday he would send him out when back he came back out to “refit” my floor but didn’t and filled it making it look even more of a mess seen as parts were cut short and bodged together! I complained again no one wanted to help, a few days later I was told I would get a refund next day went down to the shop apparently no one could help still waiting now I would avoid at all costs!!!! No one wants to help they are rude and think it’s ok to do unacceptable jobs

Didn’t finish job!
Didn’t finish job! The work done was good But they left leaving two doors off and said shaving the doors was not their job. This is a 76 year old lady by herself her son came over from Stratford and put the back up without shaving them!?

Sales people fantastic but fitters left…
Sales people fantastic but fitters left a huge mess
Tomas and his team at our United Carpets were fantastic, he helped us choose a lovely carpet and organise the order etc. Unfortunately the fitters left a huge mess. Plastic wrapping, carpet trimmings, and exposed pieces of metal left around the house after they left, with my crawling baby.
I would buy carpets from United again, as long as they didn't use those fitters agakn

Great selection of carpets
Great selection of carpets. Went for a ready rolled cut off for large bedroom. Extremely helpful in store, with measurement help. Delivery for small charge as out of the area. Carpet looks and feels amazing. Good Quality. Great price. Definitely be using in the future.

Really quick and easy
Really quick to do, in the room less that half an hour and only left some hoovering to do which was really satisfying icl, it’s stayed in really good condition and is still like new
