Quick response and delivery excellent service

Ordered a bottle of spirit on the 08th Dec as the website mentioned item in stock and available in 5-7 days. After 3 weeks no communication / no spirit / no apology. Order cancelled and was told i had to wait a week to receive the refund !!!
Shocking service !

Fantastic service, I honestly didn’t expect this to arrive before Christmas as I did order quite late, but surprisingly it did arrive on Xmas Eve morning, marvellous communication from the company too. Will definitely be ordering again

Quick delivery

Like Craig below, I found the service to UK was absolutely rubbish / non-existent! I ordered several bottles of spirits & liqueurs that were all "available, in stock" according to their website. After a week I contacted their customer service to be told that there had been a delay from their suppliers (WHY if they were already in stock)? After a second week I contacted them again to be told that there was a problem with 'Customs declarations forms' - Really? I then contacted them for a third time to cancel the order and seek a refund to be told it would take up to another week for that to happen. So, almost one month with my hard-earned cash in their bank account and nothing at all to show for it I am now too late to gift my order as Christmas presents. Shameful!

While I didn't need to cancel or change my order, I noticed how detailed and throrough their FAQ section is. This indicates a professional approach that is prepared for potential issues in advance.

Loved that this hard to find in the UK Lalo tequila is available thru Urban Drinks. My girlfriend is Texan and lives there and this is her favourite so after an extensive on line search I was delighted to find this.

Ordering process was as easy as I’d want - only improvement I’d suggest is updates on when delivery is expected/due, but I’m sticking with five stars because Urban are the only suppliers who could provide what I wanted!

The website is great and has a wide variety of products that otherwise wouldn’t be easy to find on other similar suppliers. The 1 star in fact isn’t regarding their service but the only delivery service that they provide for the customers (FedEx) which is the absolute worst in matter of deliveries. My parcel is been expected for two days and still hasn’t arrived. The delivery info only states that will be delivered by 6pm for then change into the day after when hasn’t been delivered by that time and all of this paying the higher fee for FedEx priority delivery. Change the delivery company

False advertising on the 'uk presence'. Something 'in stock' is not in the uk when listed on the uk website. No updates whatsoever on shipping unless you raise a support query.

Support queries in fairness were answered relatively quickly, but why would I need to raise a ticket for a simple update on order status/shipping after a week/2 weeks etc with no update?

Almost 3 weeks delivery time for something 'in stock'. I suggest the company are honest about their 'uk presence' aspect, and also honest about their shipping/delivery times i.e. we will get round to it whenever we fancy but even if in stock meh it might turn up in some weeks or might not which is what it seems to be.

Packing was decent however, cannot fault that and when it eventually turned up it was in good condition.

Wont be using them again for anything ever, would have been quicker to walk to germany buy it and walk back to the uk than it was to get them to take a product out of the warehouse, put it into a box and send it.
