It was a good experience buying drinks from them. However my first order I had to ask for my tracking and the customer service team reached out to me asap I got my order after 4 days of ordering.

Very straightforward process, the items I ordered couldn’t be purchased in the UK, in that size bottle anyway and the price was much better than I could find here when ordering enough of the smaller size bottles here… including the postage plus there were no hidden fees. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this seller and will definitely use again. Thank You.

Bought off this company a couple of times, always kept well informed of each stage of the order. Delivery was very quick from Germany, as you can not get this Landy Cognac from the UK any more. My problem is with fedex the courier…
My problem is with fedex the courier urban drinks contract to deliver - i had no conctact from them apart from a missed delivery on 12/11/25 -of which i was given notification @ 1612 hrs on that day when i was not at home , then a notification that the delivery was rescheduled for the next day - 13/11/25 anytime before 2200 hrs - this was then cancelled at approx 1000 hrs that day ! Subsequently was informed delivery was again rescheduled for today - 14/11/25 before 2200hrs this was again cancelled a.m ! Now been rescheduled for monday 17/11/25 before 2200 hrs ? I do not hold much hope out for this to happen - PLEASE TRY ANOTHER COURIER ! I am not able to conact fedex to arrange to collect my purchase ? Can urban drinks help ? As the main contractor of fedex !!

Order trepidation unfounded!
Although Urban Drinks has UK in the title it soon becomes obvious during the order process that the bottle is coming from abroad (fair enough as that's why it wasn't available to buy anywhere in Blighty). Hence, along with a couple of concerning reviews, I ordered with some trepidation.
I needn't have worried. Just a matter of days later I got an email confirming a delivery time via Fedex and, on the specified date, the bottle arrived, undamaged and well packaged.
Sure, the price is high given the international transit costs and a pretty high margin on the product, but this was a Mallorcan drink unavailable anywhere in Blighty and shipped via Germany.
We can't afford to quaff it every week, but it's good to know that Urban Drinks can source it when required for a treat.
Happy to have found Urban Drinks for sure!

Awful Service
Placed an order, it quoted "Express Delivery". Didn't hear anything for over a week, emailed them and was advised it would be shipped that day. Didn't hear anything, emailed them the next day and was told some excuse about customs and paperwork. Asked to cancel a refund mu order and was told the refund would take a week. Very poor service.

We check this out, but you have not placed an order with Express delivery. You have paid 9,90 GBP for the transport, which is the normal quote. In that case, we indeed need 4 to 5 days for a delivery to the UK.
After having received your message, the order went straight to customs approval after the weekend and we received the documents today. The shipping would have arrived this Friday at destination.
Unfortunately, you asked for the cancellation and refund today.
The refund indeed take a week if you paid via credit card and this because of the transfer time frame for the amount. Indeed, we send it from our German bank account on yours in the UK and this can take up to 5 business days, which is not something we have any control on.
But as mentioned via email to you today, you have paid via PayPal and the amount has been automatically refund to you a few seconds after our cancellation confirmation.
We are sorry, that you experienced such disappointment and would have been happy to prove you, that the delivery could take place in a short time lapse.
