I read reviews before ordering, majority of people says what delivery takes ages and no communication.

But it’s not true! My order was fulfilled next day and parcel arrived within 4-5 days by standard delivery.
Packaging is outstanding too!

The bottle was my sons birthday gift. He is a great fan of Connor. It arrived on the day and Tom was so pleased to receive it on his 7th birthday. (Oops 27th)

Absolutely shocking service, paid express delivery, no communication, no product received and a week later get asked to complete a review!

I have ordered 4 bottles of cognac a week ago and havent recieved any note on when they will be shipped. when tried calling their number, there is no one to answer- very frustrating

I order a brothers bond whiskey for my boyfriends birthday the delivery was very quick I was so surprised it’s exactly what he wanted especially because he’s watched vampires diaries many times we’re both very happy would order again!!!

I have ordered a bottle of Slipknot No.9 Whisky on the 14th December as a guest through the PayPal pay option. Although I have received a confirmation from PayPal that the payment had been taken and confirming my information - including Email and Delivery Address - I haven't received any confirmation from Urban Drinks UK and no Bottle has arrived all these days later. I sent an email on the 23rd but haven't received any reply. the Facebook and Twitter pages seem to have not been uploaded since 2020, so I am trying to find an response from this .

I made an order for a bottle of Jack Daniels master distiller No.6 and the required delivery fee on the 16th December as a guest. I unfortunately closed the page before realising that I had not received an email acknowledging my order, so I have no order number and can't track the order. However the payment has been taken from my account and still there has been no emails from either Urban Drinks UK or Fed Ex. I have submitted an enquiry email re this matter and still heard nothing. So I have no idea whether my order will be fulfilled or not. Disappointing as was due to be a Christmas gift and I am potentially out of pocket to the sum of £58.80.....

As a result of this review I was contacted within 2 days regarding my order and assured it was being processed.
They did ask me why I had not contacted via the help link or email on the UK website and I explained the link wouldn't work and my email went unanswered.
In the communications regarding my order which they confirmed, I did request an confirmation email with my order number and tracking information but this never happened.
However today I have received my bottle which was really well packaged to ensure no damage to bottle or box.
Thank you Urban Drinks UK for my product and for responding to my review and direct emails.
Just a shame I had to resort to Trustpilot as I was unable to communicate with you via your site

Excellent service - very highly recommended..

Awful. I ordered a bottle of 19 crimes snoop edition from them. And they sent me a bottle of snoop Cali red then tried to claim it’s the same bottle. The lack of knowledge is embarrassing. One is a special edition of a 19 crimes wine and the snoop Cali red is a solo venture off the back of it. The one I ordered and paid for is a more premium bottle and not available in most shops like the Cali red. I’ve been well and truly ripped off from false advertising.
I asked to speak to a manager and they haven’t contacted me either. I’ll be contacting trading standards next.

The reply from the company is proof. There are two versions of this wine annd images of both can easily be found online, and I know this for a fact as I have 2 empty bottles of the 19 crimes version at home. I’ve had to gift the mis-sold item so won’t be able to return but as long as everyone else can see that the company are unknowledgeable and incompetent hopefully they’ll think about using them. I will still be contacting trading standards.

Package was due this morning and still hasn't arrived at 19:30. There has not been any update from either the company or the deliverers.
