US Mattress Avis 

I bought at store previously and had a very good experience. Realized that i could buy even easier online.

I ordered a mattress from this company and paid a bit over $2000.00 I was told the mattress would ship in 8 weeks. That time came and passed. Tried calling them but no answer on the phone and messages not returned. Check my order online always showed the status as "Order processing...". I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and US-Mattress did not respond to the complaint. I finally had my bank dispute the charge on my card and return my money to me. Be warned! This is NOT a legitimate company!

This mattress company is being bought by American mattress. My mattress was ordered March 15th. Suppose to deliver April 15th. After a week with no delivery updates I called. They never made my mattress. Told me they'd issue a refund thay would take 7-10 business days it's been over 2 weeks. Customer service doesn't answer. I don't have my $1280 refund and i never got a cancelation email. Starting to feel fraud ed. I got ahold of American mattress and they don't see my order in their system because us mattress hasn't transfered a lot of the orders. Worst experience. Nobody is getting their mattress.

they can remove the live sales agents that want you to order through them and not just online. got a call 16 days after ordering saying there was a problem with the hand written order he put in. really... who even does business like that anymore?
I did it myself online tonight, however price went up $150 now. whatever you do don't give Kevin your order and you'll been fine. hoping things go smoother now!

Where is my matress?! Almost four weeks and it hasnt even shipped

Bought mattress set with April 10 due date! No delivery date yet!!!

There are problems with the system giving updates on status. I have no idea when or if my order is going to be shipped and if I'm not aware when it is coming I can't make arrangements to be available. Just keep me in the loop. It is already passed the original delivery date

My experience has been extremely bad. Poor customer support, invalid information about the order on the Website, conflicting information provided by agents, to name just a few problems the company has. Still no refund for the cancelled order.

Had a lot of trouble receiving email for acount creation confirmation. For 2 days I was unable to track or follow up the order. Customer service did not respond in chat, nor did they answer the 800-455-1052 number which i called 7 times over 10 hours. It was a stressful 2 day post transaction period.

Never sent mattress. Waited a whole month and got run around emails. Not worth the hassle

I ordered a mattress online. The next day I tried to call and discuss the purchase. I couldn’t get through for 2 days, I couldn’t get a call back, I couldn’t get an email to get an account setup, and I couldn’t get their chat option to work. If it was this hard to communicate to buy a mattress, I could only imagine how bad it would be to get help if I had a problem. For this reason, I cancelled my order.

The agent was prompt, curteous, and was able to find out the cause of my order's delay. He offered me a 10% discount or full refund as options. Shows that he valued me as a customer and appreciated my frustrations.

Your chat rep cooper c was just an amazing person. You need to keep this man. I hope my great experience do fsr with your company continues. I was hesitant to order after reading about disaster deliveries and even worse problems when trying to make corrections. I also am aware that mostly upset.people write a review so i am taking a chance and making my first us mattress purchase. Again. I am banking on quality. Thsnk cooper c again for me and for giving me faith in us mattress.

Noone would answer the phone on Sunday, for Customer needed advice about a King size mattress, prior to purchase??! A simple Plush vs. Firm mattress diferences would have been fine, but the Automated Answer Machine just leaving New Customers Hanging on Hold, while Irritatingly Repeating the "same message terrible customer service message : Hit 1 to Stay in the Que or Hit 2 for a Call Back!" Neither US Mattress 1 or 2, Where Not Answering any phone calls over the weekend of 3/11 & 12/2023. Terrible Customer Service Award Goes to you!!

Cooper C was absolutely fantastic! I had so many questions and Cooper stayed with me in the chat the entire time. It was fun having an online shopping buddy! Cooper was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. I'll definitely recommend US-Mattress! All of the toggles available on the website to help hone in on the right product for me was a huge plus as well!
