I had ordered a mattress 2 years ago and wanted the same one for my child. It had changed item so Cooper C helped me by sending a link for the comparable one. Cooper stayed on chat until my order was placed. Worth the cost of a great mattress with great customer service. Highly recommend this company and mattresses.

I am still waiting for my order to process. The estimated delivery time has passed and the company is unresponsive to my chats, emails. I waited on hold on the telephone and no one ever took my call. I would never consider purchasing from them again. I am still trying to contact them to demand a refund.

For 2 weeks since i placed an order, I haven’t heard anything from you guys about my order status. I feel like this is a scam

Lowest price guarantee is not responding. Phone call was on hold for over 30 minutes. Live chat cut me off 1st time and took over 30 minutes 2nd time while chat rep "looked into it" with no response. E-mail to US Mattress with competitor advertisement attached was reponded with formated "We'll be in touch as soon as possible".
I'm begging to think US Mattress will hope you just give up asking them to match competitor's lower price.

Very slow shipping.
2-4 week lead time.
This is my 5th week and still have no tracking number.

Does not allow me to update my shipping address or cancel this order. Customer service via chat is available immediately but they did not have enough access to help me add street name in the shipping address of my placed order.

10 percent discount emailed to me along with ad featuring the mattress I wanted was deemed invalid for that item!

no updates either on the website tracking option or via email. my order remains unfulfilled. trying to get customer service on the phone takes around 1-2 hrs wait time and half the time it just cuts offs and i'm left with nothing for the time wasted waiting to connect. went thru 3 calls and no customer service rep could tell me the status of my order/reason why it was not delivered/processed (even though payment went thru) or the cancellation/refund request i ultimately had to ask for. So very disappointing.

Initially there was a problem with my rewards not showing up on my account. The chat conversation was of no help. I called customer service and was on hold for 1/2 hour, so I emailed. The response was immediate!! My account was updated and I was able to place an order on line using my rewards! Thank you!!

The system was easy to navigate and the 120 nights warranty is reassuring!

Ordering and payment is easy process. Would like to see a reference source that buyer could use to determine comparable current mattress with past purchase. This was the fourth mattress I have purchased from US Mattress and being able to cross reference older mattress with current one would be helpful. Fourth Mattress and no major issues or concerns.

Still have not received mattress and it's paid for, but now my kid doesn't have a mattress to sleep on.
