Online ordering was easy. Chat option was helpful.
Email confirm was perfect and quick. Now I wait for the delivery to complete the review. Nothing is complete until the mattress is delivered.

More than a week after I placed my order, no update on my order and no response from customer service

It was reassuring to speak with Tyler the Sales Rep and he answered all my questions like if it was a floor model or a return. The video was very informative and was impressed with the technology and experience Sealy has. Also, it was a bit confusing that the local Mattress Warehouse Store was selling a similar model called the Sealy QueenParada Ultra Firm mattress for $1,399.99 (the discounted price)! Why such a price difference?
