First off CHARLES was a tremendous help…
First off CHARLES was a tremendous help as we were trying to track down the hotel mattress that we slept on at a Quality Inn in Youngstown Ohio. It was by far the very BEST that we've EVER slept in at a hotel and we travel extensively. I tried to not make Charles crazy with my ongoing questions so I'm grateful that he was extremely patient with me. FIVE STARS for "Charles" and more if you've got them.

It looks like Simmons and their carrier were unable to reach you to schedule delivery back on 12/12 after multiple attempts and so the item was returned to sender (back to Simmons).
