The online Sales representative Tyler L can address all the questions/concerns promptly over online chat, which helped me make a more informed decision. I was very concerned before the chat that the mattress I was interested in might have been tried out and returned/exchanged by previous shoppers. Charlesm was helpful in answering questions and comparing products. I was able to make my selection based on that information. The only thing that made this a 4 vs 5-star rating is the Veterans 10% discount is not really a discount at all since everyone is getting the SAVE10 discount and they could not be added together! It's misleading and devaluing to offer Vets (or anyone for that matter) a discount and then give everyone else the same thing!
