The website was easily yo use
The website was easily yo use. The video was informative. I loved the diagram as to how the mattress was constructed and all materials listed that made up the different layers. I also was glad to know of the firm to soft scale and where the mattress fell on that scale.
probably the best benefit was the return policy. I have purchased two mattresses that were not returnable so my hope here is that \3rd time is a charm.

Incorrect order
I ordered a 14in Sierra sleep Limited Edition Ashley semi plush mattress, and received a 11in(at most) unbranded(no marking that I found) firm mattress. I sent photos and a video explaining this, and I have not received any correspondence in a week from customer service. I’m now sleeping on the couch and feel like I have been scammed. Ordered 10/18, and let sit for 3 days, but it never expanded after the first few hours. Sent picture on day 3-4. Now it just sits in my dining room taking up space. Buyer beware! ETA: I was shipped a new mattress. This time it expanded to about 12.5 inches, but still not the 14 inches I ordered. I desperately needed a mattress to sleep on, so am forced to make this one work. It’s not too firm, but not plush. I wouldn’t buy another compressed mattress with coils inside. I don’t think they expand the way that they should, considering my experience with this one.

Hi Nic! We apologize for the issues that occured with your order and understand it was frustrating. The reason we asked that you give it some time was that bed in a boxes can take 48-72 hours to reach their full height. They can be slept on within a couple hours of opening the packaging, but sometimes the last inch or so can take a couple of days and we just wanted to make sure this wasn't the case. But once it was determined to be faulty, we sent out a reship for you at no cost and hopefully everything is in tip-top shape :) Please let us know immediately if not!
