Overall I feel the service to date has been good. Brian was helpful and advised me on my two electricity accounts.
In light of an earlier experience I had with a advisor who was not it transpired independent, I feel Brian and his colleagues should make all clients and prospective clients aware that Utilityfair is independent of all providers.
