Valentine Wigs UK Avis

Highly recommended
Had such bad luck with wigs until I ordered with valentine. They stay in contact with you all the way. I had ordered my wig to dark so I rang them, very helpful.got refunded They sent it back all the way to Germany and reordered in a lighter colour.im so happy with the wig and the company. Been very helpful and really good for discount and loyalty points even have a colour ring loan program great idea. Defo use this company again and will not try anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at valentine wigs

Fantastic wigs, very pleased. Although we had a problem with Royal parcel going missing, Valentine wigs sent out a replacement (although it was clearly not their error) without charge. Great price, excellent communication and service. Highly recommend and will buy again.

Excellent in every way, i use them again and again and again.

Valentine wigs is a friendly helpful company that answer your queries quickly. I ordered the lovely Nico wig which is a lovely bob and I ordered it in plumberry jam which is a lovely mixed red and purple mix. Just gorgeous and reasonably priced. Will buy again from here. Very impressed.

I always use this site the products, prices and team are amazing. I just purchased a wig that I was unfamiliar with & the team were so helpful with the shades and getting the item in. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you valentinewigs.co.uk 😊

Excellent products and service at the most competitive prices.
I have bought twice from them. Both time have been a success. Very reliable company.

The Valentines team pulled out all the stops to get my purchase on time before I was due to go away for 6 weeks. Excellent communication with responses immediately. Love my purchase very happy with the service & quality. Will shop with Valentines again & highly recommend them.

Placed first order with Valentines and was fweling very happy. Then things went wrong. When they eventually arrived they looked used and like product had been used on them both. Best way to describe them was returns maybe. They literally were a hot mess. Lost a lot of money and because of this, would not recommend this company and I know certain brands are non returnable but when you receive items which look like they have wear and product in them and this gets passed by their quality control as they said they had checked them, it leaves you dumbfounded. I was offered nothing. Asked them to remove me from mailing list too... So disappointed and couldn't afford like most of us to lose all my money.

I love that this is a small family-run business. Despite being an online retailer I felt like they looked after me really well throughout the whole order process. They sent useful emails with guidance and tips and when I had questions about products they were really helpful, responding really quickly. I ended up returning the wig I bought but they have me some really great advice, offering suitable alternatives. The returns process was pretty straightforward too, despite wigs being a very personal item. The customer service is amazing. One of the products I ordered (some shampoo) was out of stock but instead of refunding me they upgraded me to a larger version! And I received a lovely little thank you chocolate and a nice photo of the team with my order - a lovely personal touch.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again and I highly recommend them. They're super helpful, really knowledgeable and their prices are the best I've seen. Thank you so much!

This is a great company. Good service and prompt delivery. I phoned them and friendly and helpful. Would recommend Valentine wigs.

Extremely helpful gentleman over the phone. Told me about vat relief I can get on a wig, which no one else has done before. Also told me roughly how long I would expect my delivery in. All in all very considerate and helpful with my ordering.

I love this wig It's the Tatum and friends have mistaken it for my hair I wish.Due to medication my hair is so thin I have purchased 3 wigs from Valentine Wigs Their service is. " Proper customer service"" Friendly helpful ,I've already ordered another one in the ssshhh Sunday sale

Best wig company ever. I got exactly what I ordered. They are so helpful and will buy more in the future as well.

Sorry this is a late review but I have nothing but praise for valentine wigs my order came very quickly and beautifully packed this is my 3rd wig from this company and I would highly recommend them excellent

I am updating my negative review. I have now received my wig and am sorry for jumping the gun. Thankyou for getting it to me and apologies. My only excuse is that I have been under par due to chemo. Thankyou too for the chocolate. I hope to use you again in the future.

I am new to hair pieces and wigs and stumbled across Valentine Wigs online. Due to being a novice I’ve had a few questions along the way and the staff who I’ve spoken to or exchanged emails with have been so kind and helpful. They make the whole journey so much less daunting. They really value customer loyalty and you get a personal touch with their service.
They have a great selection to choose from to suit everyone’s needs. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the pieces I’ve purchased and their prices are the most competitive I’ve seen!
I’d highly recommend them and wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Great service as always. Always get the best prices from them, speedy delivery and nicely packaged.

I am fully satisfied

I am a returning customer to Valentine Wigs. Richard and Team Valentine offer an exceptional service. Phone calls are received immediately and there is real attention to detail in all aspects . The experience & knowledge of product, is excellent.
As well as the wonderful communication, I as the customer, enjoy a genuine sense of care . Conversations are never rushed and I have found the advice to be so helpful.
While I wear wigs for fashion & fun, I can imagine the generous customer care Valentine's provide for all wig wearers would be 'above & beyond.'
I can't conclude without mentioning Richard! I think we're all in love with him!
His mellifluous voice is adorable. He is so personable & courteous!
Five stars to Team Valentine!

I have previously written a review regarding my purchase experience with Valentine Wigs, but it looks like it might not have been posted. I am delighted with the website, support, delivery and overall service. I'm looking forward to my next purchase with Valentine Wigs.
