Remap and Exhaust Extension

I had my 2006 Audi A3 3.2 V6 DSG Quattro remapped today to accommodate the 200 Cell sports catalytic converters that I have on a 2.5" stainless steel downpipes and exhaust system with built-in sports cats which runs straight into my Miltek Non-Resonated back box. As the 200 cell cats were creating error codes and really difficult to pass the MOT emissions test, Viezu assured me that they can address this issue which will hopefully make it easier to pass its MOT which is due in early April. I also had the Miltek exhaust extended as for some unknown reason, Miltek supply exactly the same back box regardless as to whether the car is either a 3 door or 5 door model. With my car being the 5 door model (8PA), the car is almost 100mm longer than the 3 door model, so my exhaust tips were hidden underneath the rear bumper, which has caused them to be cakes in carbon deposits. So Viezu extended the exhaust to fit perfectly, with both tips clearly visible. The car now both sounds and drives immaculately, given that the 3.2 is naturally aspirated, so there's no turbo, I can still definitely feel the extra power which the Viezu team managed to gain.
In conclusion, these guys are most definitely very proficient and knowledgeable about the work they undertake.
So I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company for their excellent service and professional approach shown throughout.
I would especially like to thank Luke for making this possible.

Excellent communication and guidance…

Excellent communication and guidance about which product to buy. After purchase I decided to change my mind and they reprocessed order and refunded the difference quickly. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Want a remap on my gti

Want a remap on my gti so emailed them they done a bit of research and asked if I was able to come up so they can plug the machine in. But as confirmed to what they thought it turns out that my ECU is locked so can't do a remap but the car has good power & torque. but they were very helpful very inviting great company

Amazing guys at Viezu..

Amazing guys at Viezu... I dealt with Thomas who was very quick to reply to emails. I had a coolant issue so sent my F-Pace for a diagnosis, within 1 day the fault had been found and quotation for works issued. The fault was split coolant pipes so opted to replace with metal pipes while the repair was being done I upgraded upper pulley, full spark plug change and a stage one remap and had the car back within 1 week. The car drives amazing and the difference in performance is incredible, can't wait to get the lower pulley upgraded in the new year for an additional 50bph

A great team and a great experience for me

The whole team really cared about my car and the end product, very professional, I'm super pleased with the results and already looking into what other aftermarket parts I can can added.
I mean this is a good way it's like Halfords but for rich people!

Great Team at Viezu and delighted with my visit

I made a 290 mile round trip to take my Jaguar F Type P450 to Viezu yesterday for a P575 re-map.

It was a lovely day, the Viezu team were all extremely professional, took me through to work shop at all major parts of the re-map to observe and gave me a tour of their own ‘stock’ vehicles.

It was very interesting and informative.

I am delighted with the re-map, bhp up by 129 bhp from 467 to 596 bhp, if it had been a cooler day it would have exceeded 605 bhp, my torque went up by 106 ft lbs from 463 to 569.

Well worth visiting them if you have the time. I was delighted writing off the best part of a day, I learnt so much, and all the Viezu team bent over backwards to ensure I knew what was going on.

A refreshing change to find a company…

A refreshing change to find a company so helpful and welcoming, friendly staff, kept me informed whilst I waited as the work was being carried out on my car. Really pleased with the results, transformed my car, highly recommend a pulley and a remap. Excellent service all-round.

Hey, I just wanted to say how pleased i am with the service and care you provided me with with my visit to your amazing and professional company.

Great service from Viezu technologies

Great service from Viezu technologies, Andy, Matt and Thomas were very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything really well and I was really pleased with the numbers achieved! Well worth the 3 hour drive. Would recommend!

Amazing staff / amazing work .

Took my car to have work done here , amazing service from the staff from the live chat on website when booking in all the way through to the completion of the work even the mechanic come out an explained and talked you through the work he'd carried out.
Tom in the sales side was amazing also from the constant communication to offering help with hotels etc viezu staff couldnt of offered anything more if they tried.

100% would recommend and use again

I sent my ftype jaguar for remapping…

I sent my ftype jaguar for remapping and to have a coolant leak fix it cost me £700 to send it to Warwickshire after payment it was delivered back remapped and supposedly leak fix after 3 day I went to the supermarket where the car emptied all the coolant again as the leak was obviously not fixed so back on the flattop it went this time I was assured that it was fixed.. I went out in it again after a few days it emptied it's coolant yet again so back on the transporter it went which in just transpot charges was in excess of £2000. Their MD Simon White claimed if I let them put new parts on it would cure it at inexcess of £700. He then admitted that it was beyond him and his company to fix the leak???? Gee I then contacted numerous jaguar specialists eventually finding one who's first words were they would have to remove all the remapping as it had put too much stress on the engine and will give me a full report. So after spend inexcess of £7000 to no avail I await the report as I will have to reclaim at least some of my money. Don't use this company as they can't do the job and charge you £90 per hour for the privilege.
I have just seen Simons response? I don't know where he gets his facts from but his libellous assertions that my car had previously been at other garages for water leaks is wrong. In the years I have owned the car and the 20,000 plus mile it has never ever had problems only it's annual services as per jaguar instructions. To insinuate that I have done anything but reported factual events and their incompetence to fix a leak 3 times which was obviously beyond the company's capabilities I find totally offensive.

I am sorry you feel this way David, but we have tried to advise you – your car came in for tuning and a water leak, the water leak was from a coolant hose, which was replaced. The tuning is very safe and in no way stresses the engine. The F-type engine is capable of 600bhp and much more, and Jaguar themselves take the engine to this level of tune. The tune is not the issue here.

What we were not told is the car has had a water leak for some time and has overheated in the past. Only the Jaguar dealer told us this after we had worked on the car. It would seem it was presented to them a number of times leaking and overheating. On hearing this we have carried out further investigation for you – most of which we have not charged you for – on further investigation we suspect the head gasket or head has failed – this is nothing in anyway to do with the work we have carried out. If we had been hold of the overheating issue previously – we would have been in a much better position to advise you from the outset.

We are a tuning and service provider – sadly we don’t take on mechanical work of this nature and so have correctly advise you that it will be better suited to a specialist mechanical engine center, or a Jaguar garage who can investigate and test the heads of the engine. We wish you well with the car and hope you have it resolved shortly.

To Paul Reynolds and Jeff B I don't…

To Paul Reynolds and Jeff B I don't think this is the company you've dealt with. I've been a dealer since 2018 and a customer since 2011. I promise you that you will never find a more honest and genuine company anywhere. I have never had a single customer that is anything other than delighted.
Viezu and the team care more about customer service than any company I have ever known of.
Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction and will do anything to achieve that.

I would have to believe those reviews are from competitors certainly not a Viezu customer or dealer.

I do not work for Viezu and I have not been asked to do this but I feel hurt by your comments because you would never find a company owner who cares more about his customers than Paul Busby does.
He is the most honourable person you would ever meet
Such a shame Turstpilot doesn't vet the reviews.

Viezu value their customers.

From the minute I contacted Viezu, they made me feel like a valued customer. Knowing the type of vehicles they deal with on a daily basis, my car doesn't come close, but Viezu never made me feel that way. On the day another customer was spending a large sum on their car. We were both offered the exact same courtesy and personal touch. Can't fault them, and would highly recommend their work. Thank you.
