bought duracell batteries which arrived…
bought duracell batteries which arrived in correct wrapping. they did not seem like new batteries however as oxide on outside of then and one of the 4 was a dead battery. other 3 worked after i cleaned them.

Order shows as complete . I haven't received anything. Tracking number is not working. Have called them multiple times ... 30 min on the phone for nothing. Sent them an email but they would reply 10-20 working days ?

I made an order for very specific…
I made an order for very specific products to help deliver an interactive and accessible workshop.
They never arrived. I only found out by ringing to follow up. The delivery service had mislogged them. I had to spend a day sourcing alternatives that were much more expensive from another source. I am unlikely to order through Viking again.
