Ordered but not delivered and no response when contacted 😕
Ordered 2 x filing cabinets over a week ago, "shipped" 7 days ago, still not arrived, now Viking are asking for a review..... well, here it is - 1 star because I still have not received anything - emailed support with no response and unable to "track" the order with GLS (their courier). Great stuff Viking - can I please have the cabinets I paid for???

I placed extra items that I didn't…
I placed extra items that I didn't really want to go over the 100 spend to receive free item and clicked on free item. Was told it would be added to order and never received. Only a small thing but very annoying.

Im noticing a decline in quality…
Im noticing a decline in quality everytime I order something. E.g envelopes. Premium envelopes used to be so luxurious and wellmade with heavier paper. Getting thinner, lighter, duller and just not as nice.

Clearly received an item that had previously been returned
The office chair we received had very obviously been returned as part of it was put together incorrectly! The box had been opened and stuck back together again. Thankfully my husband is gifted at anything mechanical and freed up the incorrect part (piston for riding and dropping) and put it all together.
He spoke to Viking who in fairness were very good and authorized at partial refund.
Any returns should be clearly marked and put aside to avoid this happening.
On the plus side the office chair is sturdy and excellent value for money. Delivery was very swift.

GLS are terrible
GLS delivery driver left the parcel at the door of number 16 whereas I'm at number 18. Only figured it out by 10pm that night and by the luck of God it hadn't been stolen. Oh and he left the gate open (of 16 not my house!) as well just to maximise his recklessness.
EDIT: Viking left a reply below saying they contacted me as if they've done something amazing for me. All they emailed to say was they've passed my review on to GLS. I'm sure GLS are making paper planes out of it in the office.
