Vintage Photo Lab Avis

The door to door service was excellent and so is the quality of the scanning.

Exceptionally transparent with how the service works, what to expect and which of the packages was most cost effective for my needs, Cathy and Ed gave fantastic customer service, I discovered they are located close to my home so I dropped off and collected my originals but was welcomed into the facility and shown how it all worked.

A fantastic service. Staff really helpful and digitised photographs are exactly what I wanted. I would recommend vintage photo lab. Thank you.

Friendly and supportive service

Very convenient collection and return delivery of originals. The photos were kept in the same order/packs as supplied to Vintage Photo Lab. This made it easy to cross reference originals to images on the archive DVD provided (when checking any notes written on the backs of photos).
Very good quality images - especially considering the age, condition, and variations in size of many of our originals.
Saved us so much time and effort! We only regretted not using this service much sooner.
Our extended family were also really pleased to be able to download the full archive via Dropbox for their own records.
Thank you VPL!

Really helpful company who answered my questions promptly. They returned my photos to me which were so valuable to me, was good to know they were in safe hands.
Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
Thank you for you service :)

Absolutely brilliant, my goodness, I searched high and low for someone to scan the illustrations for my book using proper photo quality equipment. I chanced upon vintage photo lab, they accommodated me immediately discussing my project thoroughly, they carried out the work quickly and extremely efficiently and the results were beautiful. I’m so pleased and they were based so near to me. Hooorah! They are now my go to lab, I have loads of family slides that will go to them to upload . I am a photographer and always searching for decent labs to do stuff, Vintage Photo Lab is one I will visit and trust again and again. Thankyou so much. X

Helpful, professional, efficient and friendly staff, prompt service and having an AirTag in the parcel with the photos made it reassuring they couldn’t go missing. I am very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending them; in fact I already have.

VIntage did exactly what they said they would do - collected the album on time, scanned individual photos and replaced them beautifully. sent a link and a CD, completely perfect thank you!

Can't thank Vintage Photo Lab enough, for speedy scanning of many loose photos, and for curation into a coffee-table style memory book. Excellent work from the team, and very reasonable pricing. Will treasure the photo book for many more years!

Excellent, first class professional and personal service.

From initial contact with Cathy and Ed their advice, help and recommendation as to how to digitise our War Time Family Photo. Album was excellent.
All their work was undertaken promptly and the transfer of photos onto DVD with original captions has provided both a historic record for our family and inclusion in official archives.

It was a pleasure to meet the Vintage Photo Team.

Would highly recommend and we will use their services again.

Top quality company who delivered great service extremely quickly, took great care of extremely precious photos and were a treat to work with.

Good result. Scan is good quality- I am pleased. Having a door to door pick up service was even better!

Super company to deal with thank you. Highly recommend. Michele

Outstanding service from start to finish - and simply incomparable to anything else I could find in the market. Ed, Cathy and team provided regular updates on the status of my job, arranged convenient collection and drop-off, and the quality of the end product (of c.6000 photos) was excellent. Have already recommended to others and will continue to do so.

We were really pleased with the digital copies made of all our photographs. Communication was excellent and delivery was prompt and well organised. We would definitely use this service again and will be recommending to family and friends. Many thanks

Quick , rapid efficient service. Contacted them with urgent requirement to digitise all my photos. And even though I forgot to send them all, they were nothing but helpful. Good prices definitely recommend this company .

Excellent personalised service from start to finish, gave me all the time to ask questions over the phone and email updated throughout the process. Felt like a genuine personalised service which is just great

Excellent service and support provided by Ed and the team during the digitisation process, which I had absolutely no clue about. Delighted with the outcome.
