Vintage Photo Lab Avis

Vintage Photo labs solved a problem I'd had niggling away at me for years. I'd thought of trying to scan these two ancient photo albums by hand, but it was just too much! Vintage Photo Lab sorted them for me - they provide a very personalised service and ensure secure collection and delivery. Cathy was very helpful throughout - providing advice and reassurance. I did have one issue when the albums were returned, but this was resolved nicely.

Very professional and an ideal way of having copies of our precious photographs

Like so many others before me, add me to the list of over-the-moon Customers at the incredible service offered by Vintage Photo Lab.

Here's the short version: if you're considering it, I cannot possibly recommend them more strongly.

Incredibly responsive, delightful to communicate with, brilliant *door-to-door* service, easy-to-follow process, and genuinely unbelievable value for money.

I could go on and on, but as soon as you so much as reach out to request a quote, you'll begin to see for yourself :)

The service from Vintage Photo Lab was exemplary from start to finish. Their communication and customer service was excellent and the quality of the work they undertook, converting slides to digital photos, was also high quality.

We found Vintage Photo Lab when looking to digitise all of mum’s photographs in preparation for her funeral and wake, Cathy and her team were incredibly helpful and sympathetic to our time lines and turned over 2000 pictures around in just 3 days after we dropped them off.
They took time to advise which photographs could be further enhanced or improved given their age and condition and provided a beautiful set of memories digitally and on CD & USB which our whole family can now share and keep.
I would rate the Vintage Photo Lab team 10/10 and I am so thankful we found such a professional and compassionate company at what was a very difficult time.

We will definitely be using them again to digitise all our other family photographs, slides and camcorder tapes.
Thank you to Cathy and the whole team

Second time and the experience was as outstanding as the first time: excellent customer service and a great product, professionally and punctually delivered. Highly recommended.

It was a very personalised service from start to finish. There was a bit of a mix up with a pick up address, it was sorted immediately. It was a seamless process.

Great service and brilliant result. Bringing back happy memories from years gone by. Fast and efficient. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

Very easy and helpful. Everything collected and delivered as promised.
No problems at all

Fantastic experience all round. The pick up was easy and professional. High levels of communication and engagement throughout. Great quality photo scanning and easy return - couldn't fault anything! Thank you!!

Really pleased with the service. Excellent quality. I have been able to digitise old albums and individual prints. The quality of the digitised pictures is excellent. I appreciated having secure methods of delivery of my albums and pictures. I used the home collection service which suited my needs. Communication throughout the process was excellent and help always available when I had some queries. I would highly recommend this company.

A very simple to use service with clear communication from the outset. Photos were scanned to a high quality and we were very pleased with the results.

I don't normally leave online reviews but doing so here because of the genuinely exceptional service! Vintage Photo Lab went above and beyond to meet a deadline to digitise old slides for my Dad's 80th birthday and kept me informed every step of the way. The process was seamless and the quality of the output amazing. Really fantastic, thank you!

Highly efficient process. I am very pleased with the scanned images. I would strongly recommend this company for quality and service.

Professional service. The team were extremely responsive and arranged collection and delivery of my photos very quickly. Would definitely use again in the future.

Very pleased. They took 9 very old photo albums, all over 50 years, one or two around 100 years and digitized them very well. I now have digital copies to share with family.

Price was reasonable, and service was excellent.

Very quick on reply to emails. Scans done efficiently and to expectations

Rare excellent service - the way it used to be decades ago. Exceptional communication, care and service. Excellent quality images created by scanning my slides from the 1960s and 70s. Will definitely use them again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. End of!

It’s very rare these days that any business thinks of their customers first.
Swift responses to initial enquiries (even out of normal business hours).
Proactive hand-holding throughout the whole experience. Makes it all very easy.
And they delivered on what they promised to do - which is also rare these days.
I throughly recommend them and will use them again.
Great job Cathy, Tom and the team.

Communication was great. Every step of the way very informative and helpful. The service was perfect and I got all my photos back. The delivery service they use was perfect.
