Vintage Photo Lab Avis

From the start to getting my originals back it was absolutely seamless with clear communication. Cathy hats off to you . The memories to actually see on a PC is so worth it and knowing now my photos are swimming in the cloud somewhere safe !
There was only one payment and all the rest was done by Vintage from picking it up to bringing my originals back safely back to me.

Easy to deal with, very professional and prompt with communication, and a great end result with our digitised photos.

Absolutely first class service from the whole team at Vintage Photo Lab. Super friendly and efficient with getting my negatives to you, and then a quick turnaround with scans delivered back by Dropbox and a physical DVD too. Very highly recommended.

Fast, thorough, efficient

Vintage Photo Lab took great care with my originals , some of which were 150 years old . Their communication was excellent from start to finish , and the results were of a very high quality at 600dpi . I have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation . As an additional safeguard my package of originals was provided with real time tracking of the courier service .

Such a helpful and responsive team, providing excellent customer service and personalised support. Our photos were treated with extreme care, and the resulting scans are terrific quality. Thank you so much for everything; we are all delighted with the results and will definitely be using you again.

I was delighted with friendly and efficient approach to my rather complicated task. This involved digitising over 1800 photographs with hard copy being in several different forms. I am so pleased with result and feel it’s weight off my shoulders.

Fantastic service by a really friendly group of people. Recommended!

Vintage Photo Lab processed approximately 2000 old photographs for us, many in albums. They collected from our home, scanned at 600 dpi and returned the originals to us in immaculate condition. The whole process could not have been easier, friendlier or more efficient.

Highly recommended

The experience from beginning to the end was superb. Great customer service. Whole process
went so smoothly. Would highly recommend and wish I had done it earlier. Thank you!

Excellent communication very speedy and very good quality service. I am delighted thanks.

A very personal and attentive service
I entrusted my precious super 8 films shot by my father dating from 1952 . All technical details were attend3d to quickly and efficiently .
Cathy was extremely pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company for attention to detail efficiency and great service

Absolutely amazing service. Great customer service from start to finish. We had over 1000 photos scanned in and will be sending more over soon! Thanks so much.

Great to have precious photos collected and returned so carefully. Whole process went smoothly and images are all high quality.

The communication is excellent. I felt confident that my photos would be looked after throughout the process. The scans look great as well!

Outstanding service. Brilliant support and guidance. Cathy was incredibly responsive and provided the assurance and support I needed.

Clear and simple pricing model to place the order. Courier collection inspires confidence in the overall approach (care for your memories). Batching of photos was followed in the scanning, making filing and sharing final result much easier. Good communication all the way through. Overall, an excellent experience.

Fantastic service doing a bespoke order to handle thousands photos loose and in photo albums. Took all of the stress out of it - just packed it all into the box they sent and they handled the rest.
Lots of communication, very fast replies and let me know my options, will absolutely be using them any time I need this service.

The company was very efficient and fast.
Customer service helped me with any queries
I had promptly.
I had other photos etc done by another company
and after nearly 3 months am still waiting. I wish
I had found Vintage Photo Lab first.
Highly recommend this service.

An amazing service 100% highly recommend! It is quite something to entrust your most precious family memories to others but rest assured Vintage Photo Labs look after them as if they were their own.
I experienced the collect from home service which worked perfectly, with very polite and helpful drivers.
The communication throughout was fantastic! Cathy kept me updated with the process at all times, flagged any issues I needed to be aware of with the order in advance and was always happy to answer my queries almost immediately, so I always felt ‘in touch’ with my family photos.
Believe Vintage Photo Labs when they say they will provide assistance with any technical issues, they really do want you to have the photos at your fingertips. The support in this area is second to none and if you need help Ed will ensure your photos are accessible on devices as you wish.
Everyone needs this service! To have my family albums safe from deterioration, accidents or downsizing is such a relief! To be able to share them across all generations, and overseas and also able to use them to create photo books and cards is just lovely!
My next project is my own photos that are stuck in wallets in the loft and I wouldn’t consider using anyone but Vintage Photo Labs!
