Vintage Photo Lab Avis

The company was very efficient and fast.
Customer service helped me with any queries
I had promptly.
I had other photos etc done by another company
and after nearly 3 months am still waiting. I wish
I had found Vintage Photo Lab first.
Highly recommend this service.

An amazing service 100% highly recommend! It is quite something to entrust your most precious family memories to others but rest assured Vintage Photo Labs look after them as if they were their own.
I experienced the collect from home service which worked perfectly, with very polite and helpful drivers.
The communication throughout was fantastic! Cathy kept me updated with the process at all times, flagged any issues I needed to be aware of with the order in advance and was always happy to answer my queries almost immediately, so I always felt ‘in touch’ with my family photos.
Believe Vintage Photo Labs when they say they will provide assistance with any technical issues, they really do want you to have the photos at your fingertips. The support in this area is second to none and if you need help Ed will ensure your photos are accessible on devices as you wish.
Everyone needs this service! To have my family albums safe from deterioration, accidents or downsizing is such a relief! To be able to share them across all generations, and overseas and also able to use them to create photo books and cards is just lovely!
My next project is my own photos that are stuck in wallets in the loft and I wouldn’t consider using anyone but Vintage Photo Labs!

Very much deserving of all the five star reviews. Great communication throughout, fair and transparent pricing, and high quality service.

Would certainly use them again and definitely recommend anyone who's considering digitising their photos.

Company personal so helpful throughout the process. Reassurance given and very clear communication at all times.

I have been meaning to do this for ages - sick of staring at the unopened boxes of old albums and photos in the corner of the spare room. Cathy and team were very helpful and friendly. I felt like I was giving my treasured memories to people I could trust.

The results were high quality and I have been able to easily import to my Apple Photos and am now enjoying reliving memories grouping into locations and dates and labelling some old familiar faces. Great fun to have reconnected and it is amazing how the memories flood back.

I have now taken my bulky, dusty and deteriorating albums and photos to the tip. Now everything is digitised they are on iPad, computer and phone and I'm loving that. It is also easier to engage the younger generation.

Top tip - it was recommended that I put my photos into date or location groups pre-scanning then the digital images will be delivered in folders with those group names. I found this very useful.

High quality scans, prompt and helpful communication, and rapid shipping to and from their service. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Great service and communication. Really happy with the overall experience and end result.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vintage Photo Lab and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Cathy was my main contact, and she was incredibly responsive and hands-on throughout the entire process, even during weekends and evenings. The turnaround time was exceptional, and they digitized my old family photos with great care and precision. The pricing was reasonable and well worth the value, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Vintage Photo Lab for anyone looking to preserve their cherished memories.

A reliable and prompt courier service and my 1,000 photos all scanned in very well. Everything I wanted.

For many years I had been grouping some of my best life photos into an album. Naturally I was concerned to just post the album and take a risk. Thankfully this company offered me something more personalised. They came to my house to collect and return the album. Whereas most companies I found online would treat you like a number, and require you to post these precious memories to them. These guys didn’t make me feel like a number. They also kept my album in the same exact order after scanning thousands of photos. I highly recommend them.

All stages of my request were made professionally, I am very pleased with Vintage and will certainly recommend them

What a fantastic company! Due to my mother's declining health I was looking for a service to help safeguard our family memories and am so happy to have found Cathy and team. Communication was easy from the get go and I immediately felt at ease handing over a lifetimes worth of photos! The flexibility with collection and returns was great. Pricing exactly what I expected. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a personalised service that you can trust.

What a brilliant experience. This company are outstanding. Ups failed to pick up my pictures so an employee of the company drove across London to collect them herself so my mum could have them in time for her 80th. I brought a frame and 2 memory sticks. Everything worked first time and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Super helpful. Super nice and an electionic picture frame loaded with memories is a great gift! Mum loved it.

I was very pleased with the quality of our old family photos once scanned. Easy to download via a zip file and original photos returned securely along with a DVD.

Very easy to deal with and secure delivery via DPD plus air tags for extra monitoring.

I would highly recommend Vintage Photo Lab

This place is a hidden gem and everyone needs to know about them. My family and I recently dug out thousands of old disposable photos and we were fearful of sending them just anywhere to get them scanned. Vintage Photo Lab, though, blew us away. Every photo has been scanned to perfection, with some of the photos looking even crisper than they did in physical copy. We'll treasure them forever now and are able to put all of the disposables into photo albums, knowing we've got multiple digital copies of them.

First class service, communication and scanning - could not be happier with the care taken by Vintage Photo Lab of my precious family photos - and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Swift responses, great care and attention. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service… queries were dealt with personally and I even had a phone call on a Saturday morning … I would trust this company

So impressed with the whole experience.
I was concerned about sending out our precious slides but Ed and Cathy were fantastic at explaining the whole process and I felt very reassured.
Hassle-free courier collection which was tagged, they even provided the box!
Excellent communication as I was kept fully informed.
Clear instructions on how to upload the digital pics.
Slides returned by courier.
I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
It may seem expensive but there is a lot of work involved and to feel our memories are secure is priceless!

all very well organised and delivered on time.
