Vintage Photo Lab Avis

Straightforward process, reasonably priced, good quality product, great communication.

We wanted to digitise our parents' family photos so that we could all have copies. We had a huge mixture of albums, loose photos, video, cine film, and very old negatives. The team at Vintage Photo Lab just took the entire problem off our hands. The communication was exceptional from the start. The service was quick. Our originals were secure. The finished digital pictures are wonderful. We will be using Vintage Photo Lab again and would highly recommend them.

Our mix of prints, slides, movies, negatives, newspaper cuttings and albums (some 150 years old) was scanned accurately and cleanly. They responded promptly to emails at all times of day and night.

Excellent service. After my brother's death I wanted to scan his scrapbook style memoirs so friends and family could stay close to him. Vintage Photo labs were incredibly trustworthy, arranging a safe and speedy courier service to collect and return the albums.
Their care about the quality of the scans includes offering the chance to approve the scans before the albums were returned to me.
I am very very happy with the wrap around service Vintage Photo Lab provided.

We had a great experience working with Vintage Photo Lab. As a music therapy charity we had a number of historical photos all loose in a box we wanted to digitise and we couldn't have picked a better company. Great communication, timely pick up and drop off and a great outcome, everyone is 'chuffed' them.

Delighted - so pleased I trusted Vintage Photo Lab with my original photos - the process from start to finish was excellent. And the end results fantastic. So helpful. I highly recommend them.

I sent a load of photos to be digitised
And half way through I had a personal situation - Vintage photo lab were incredibly understanding and not only held on to my photos, they reassured me they were happy to wait until I was ready.
They then sorted the photos return in a very timely fashion - overall excellent service.

Communication was prompt and thorough and their approach was empathetic - they understand people are nervous about posting precious photos! Very much a personal service, and equally professional.

From the first phone call to receipt of the perfect digital photographs I received an exceptional personal service. Nothing was too much trouble. Old photographs hold precious memories and they are treated with care from collection to return. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Vintage Photo Lab did a great job! It was really nice to have my father's precious photo album picked up personally, and the quality of the scanning was very high as well. Everything was handled professionally, and I will use them again for digitising other photographs.

Excellent communication throughout the process, seemless collection and return delivery by UPS. Thrilled to have precious tapes preserved for the family digitally. Thank you so much.

Great service from the people at Vintage Photo Lab. Really good updates as the process developed and the results have been brilliant! Thank you so much

Vintage Photo Lab were quick in communications, clear about how to get pictures and slides to them, on time with delivery of scanned products. I've recommended them to family and friends.

Really pleased. Quality service.
I had about 500 photos scanned. Some of them were in poor condition and very old. There was a jumble of differnet shapes and sizes.
The lab did an excellent job. The results were much better than I hoped. Everything was clearly labelled.
Communication was very good and the collection and returns efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending.

The whole experience end to end was seamless from getting advice on what package , pick up of the photos, scanning and the product is excellent!

Cathy helped us throughout the process and now we have a brilliant digital record of all our family memories! Thank you Cathy and Vintage Photo Lab!

Communications were clear from start to finish. I wa told what to expect including anticipated time scales and was promptly called back if no-one was immediately available to answer any questions. Results are excellent.

Awesome experience with Vintage Photo Lab - from pick-up to processing to drop-off. Highly recommend.

Exceptional white gloves service, second's to none in terms of comfort, attention to details, speed, technique, and communication . I couldn’t be more impressed.
