Vintage Photo Lab Avis

An excellent service, very personal and the staff respond very quickly to queries with helpful instructions. I was very happy with the final product and being able to share these precious memories with my family.

The personal, friendly and approachable manners of the staff made everything so easy. I always felt “looked after” and the service was excellent, efficient and speedy! Painless pick up and return of my albums and photos ahead of schedule, fair pricing, everything tailored to my requirements, and clear communication throughout. In particular, I would like to thank Cathy for her kindness and empathy, coupled with admirable professionalism - she was brilliant! Will certainly be recommending to all.

A great experience. I decided that I couldn't just let my Father's cine films go without seeing what was on some of them. It's been amazing seeing some old family movies come to life! Some were what I expected; and some labels had clearly mixed up so so it was not what I expected but still great to see memories of childhood. Ed and his team have been super helpful at guiding and advising me along the way as I didn't know where to start in deciding what to do first. I followed Eds advice, used the links to his website as directed and hay ho... I now have childhood memories to see. It was fun packing the cine films up in a box and then into their DHL bag with the air tag so i knew it was safe. Great service. I even got all my originals returned safely too.

Vintage photo labs were excellent from start to finish. Easy clear pricing, straightforward collection and drop off with them keeping me updated on how things were progressing. I would 100% reccomend them.

Great service tailored to our particular needs and specification and excellent communication. Scanned photos were of a high quality as was the photobook that was created according to our brief. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Amazing customer service - I am so happy I found Vintage Photo Lab. They went above and beyond to help collect my photos and ensure they were safe, and the scans are incredible quality and were so fast.
Super easy to download both onto my iphone camera roll and cloud. I'll be using them again and can't recommend enough. Special thank you to Cathy for all of your help! :)

Helpful, friendly, on time, delivered as promised. All round great experience with very good communication throughout.

Great service. Looked after my family photos impeccably and great output. Very friendly and kind to deal with.

Fantastic service - would definitely recommend!

For scanning, I selected 995 irreparable paper-photos, sorted into 15 bundles, plus 150 standard slides. Vintage Photo Lab processed, handled and returned all of them with great care. The folders with their scans matched my bundles exactly. I am very pleased with the quality of the scans. I subsequently approached Vintage Photo Lab about scanning 'miniture' positive slides, just 16 x 12 mm - much smaller than the company's standard sizes. After a successful trial, we went ahead with more.
The instructions for packing and sending / receiving photos by currier seemed somewhat complex but I very much appreciated that my photos were tracked throughout.
The team responded promptly and clearly by email - I cannot fault their communications. They also adhered to the timescales as set out for their service.
If I had more photos I would certainly use Vintage Photo Lab again. I recommend them without resrvations!

Great service and lovely people. Highly recommend the service

Excellent service. All information and messages were friendly and clear. My photos were tracked from my home, uploaded electronically within a few days, and I have just received my originals back. Very pleased.

Service was excellent. Cathy collected my photos with care and was so lovely throughout the process. Our photos look great and I am so pleased to have them to look at easily on my phone/tablet. Thank you ☺️

Vintage achieve a level of service which is incomparable - personal, informative and very reasonably priced.

I was able to speak to a real person after a bad experience elsewhere. Well done Cathy! Very pleased with the results.

Vintage Photo Lab provided an exceptional personalise experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard. They were able to restore my parents wedding VHS from 35 years ago and preserved cherished memories for me. I had intended to find a reliable service to do this task for me for a long time. When I came across Vintage Photo Lab, it felt right! From my first contact with Cathy I was sure my family's memories were in safe hands. The process was seamless from start to finish. I could not give them a higher recommendation if I tried!

They digitised 27 albums for us each with around 40 pages and maybe 6 photos per page. I did a quick estimate and in the end the final price was in line with my figures. We took the 300dpi option which turned out fine for our needs. The collection and return were on time and they kept us well informed during the process. We could not be happier with the finished product and the company were a delight to deal with. We can now easily access our photos on line and from our phones. I am very pleased that we selected Vintage for this work.

Amazing service, could not recommend enough.

Clearing out my Grandparents house, they made it extremely easy to box everything up and have them scan and digitalise all our family memories.

The only drawback, is they don't fully let you know all the different services they do. Develop old negatives, videos, pictures they seem to do everything. Very glad we used them.

Vintage Photo Lab provided a very professional service and responded quickly to any questions I had prior to placing an order. All of our old family photos have been digitally saved and look fantastic. I have been able to share these so that all the family now have copies of some amazing photos that were previously laying in a box stashed away for no one to see.
Extremely pleased to have discovered this was service was possible for large numbers of loose photos and glad that we used vintage photo lab.

Great service and so easy to use. Good communication throughout the process. Very happy return customer.
